Poor Quality for Price
The case's quality is poor enough that I'm not even sure its a genuine pelican. To begin off with, the gaps between the top and bottom when closed is nearly 3mm in some spots (the only spots where the plastic touches is near the clasps). I'm not even sure it is sealed. Next, in the picture on the listing, it shows metal inserts where the lock holes are. Mine is just plastic, no stainless steel grommets or anything. Reviews online also show metal inserts.The bottom says made in Mexico, maybe its just a quality control thing. Either way, returning this case. At the price point of 80 dollars, I expected more. Bummer because the case does look nice and the outside seems sturdy
