Absolutely love it but the delivery packaging could be improved!
As I ordered from the UK it did take a while to get to me and the outer box was rather crushed and the packaging inside the box to protect the bottle was very minimal which I wasn’t too pleased with as it did arrive with a small dent from transit.Apart from the packaging needing improvement the bottle itself is amazing!I ordered one in this colour and another in a different colour and they’ve become attached to me which is great as I’m drinking way more water.I find the 20oz a perfect manageable size to drink although I am filling it more often i see that as a benefit because I can properly track how many full bottles I’ve drank throughout the day.Keeps just cold tap water really nice and cold (I haven’t tried ice drinks as it’s winter aha) and I haven’t had any issues with leaking at all.Really pleased!
