Delicious
I made a chocolate torte for my husband's birthday party, and I used this Dutch cocoa in it (I used King Arthur's torte recipe on their website--highly recommend.) it was soooo good. No one talked while they ate it. Lol. I looked over at my husband as he was eating, and he looked like he died and went to heaven. Lol. I like putting this in my protein smoothies bc I have plain unsweetened beef protein powder...this cocoa powder with some monk fruit drops makes for a smooth chocolate flavor. I'm going to always keep this on hand!

Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!
I always loved Hershey’s Dark cocoa powder but it seems impossible to find anymore so I’ve been on the hunt for a new brand and so many top brands have failed me. I just made a quick chocolate mousse with this and it’s fabulous!!! I found my new favorite cocoa powder. It’s not bitter (without any sweetener).

Good color and flavor!
I was looking for a replacement for the old Hersheys Dark. This is sooooo much nicer! It is slightly darker but a much better taste! So glad I found this.

Good but Valhrona is better.
I purchased King Arthur Double Dark to try as a sub for Valrhona cocoa powder. I regularly use it in hot cocoa and chocolate smoothies, and less frequently, in baked goods. KADD isn't as finely ground as Valhrona, and it creates slight granularity in drinks. Also its flavour isn't as rich as Valrhona, and I detect a mild bitterness. Perhaps, the differences in texture and flavour result from KADD mixing dutched and black cocoa powders, while Valrhona is purely Dutch-processed. KADD surpasses most supermarket cocoa powder in quality, but falls short of Valrhona. I recommend it, but for baking only.

New go-to cocoa powder
I’ve been looking for the best cocoa powder since moving to the US 10 years ago! The Hersheys special dark sufficed for years but since that option is no more the search resumes and I can say this is hands down the best cocoa powder I’ve used in a hot chocolate, home made ice cream, cake fudge/icing and a Brazilian favorite: brigadeiro (it’s like a fudge, but better!)

My new go to dark cocoa!
Ordered this because I can’t find the Hersheys Special Dark cocoa at the store. So glad I did! It’s even better! A little more pricey but so worth it!
