Works fine, but you must be extra careful how long you microwave to warm. Daughter scorched her bedsheets, and ultimately item caught fire in microwave. Have had several different microwavable bags, and all have different heating times. This one cannot be microwaved for very long, thus does not retain heat for long enough - or, if microwaved for too long, is dangerous to use.

The aroma is mild and pleasant. The seams are holding and we use it almost every day.

Pulled something in my back and I use this drapped over my shoulder and it helped a lot. It’s soft enough to sleep with. Washes well and keeps its heat well.

Very disappointed with overall product. Material is thin, and needed almost 2 minutes in high voltage microwave to get warm. Bag is only half full of beans, and beans fall down to edges leaving middle empty. That is useless for the area you are trying to accommodate. Can't wash this item, and over a short period of time the material will thin out and holes will be evident. The stitching on the product is very poor to seal the contents
