The list of what I like is so much longer than what I would say I dislike. I'll get the dislike out of the way. The assembly guide was pretty much non-existent, but it was fairly easy to figure out. When it completes a massage cycle it just shuts off and does not reset back so you can get out. You have to turn it back on, select a cycle, then turn the power off. Then it will go back to the neutral position so you can actually get out of the chair. It would also be nice if the heat and ionization functions could be defaulted on so I didn't have to try to free a hand that is now captured in one of the armholders to adjust the settings on every single cycle.Now for what I liked, The chair is comfortable. Does a very good job has a lot of functions and is very quiet. A lot of massage chairs are noisy when the motors operate, especially the compressor for the air functions. This one is not. You could easily have a television at a normal listening level. Be sitting in this chair and not disrupt anybody's viewing. It feels very solid. Has a lot of functions. My sister bought a Japanese branded chair for more than double this money and my one has more features and seems to do as good or better of a job

I had been looking for a massage chair for years. Wife had always laughed at me because it was a want not a need. Wrestled with spending 10-15k on something that wasn’t a need. When I read reviews on this thought it might be a risk but if we weren’t happy at least we weren’t out 10k.Chair is as described, its amazing and I use it daily. In addition both wife and kids who laughed at me for wanting one pressure me to get out so they get their time in the chair.Wide range of settings. Easy to find a few favorite massages or build your own.2 things I would change - chair did come with a noticeable scratch in left arm panel not a huge deal but a bummer the voice activation doesn’t seem to work great when I talk to it but always seems to pick up tv noise and responds. Plan to turn off that feature.

We bought this A710 4D Massage Chair in Mar 2023. It worked in the beginning, however in less than 6 months, the chair stopped working. No matter what program i chose, it only massaged lower body and legs. It could not massage neck, shoulder and upper body. For a several thousand dollar chair, I expected it would last longer than 5 months.After several attempts including virtual call with their manufacture engineer team in China, this chair was not repairable. They offered me options to return or replace. If i chose return, i need to package the chair and move it outside of my house for pick up. We were not able to handle this heavy chair. After several calls with customer service and her supervisor, we agreed to get a replacement. They arranged a new chair to be delivered. After a 2-month process, we got a new replacement chair and the old chair was taken away. The customer service has very good attitude and was very helpful. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the chair and technical support. I hope the new replacement chair can last longer.

This is my 3rd massage chair. I had high hopes because of the supposed AI, voice control, 4D and the calf massage.First, the good: the foot massage isn't too hard, and does a pretty good job, especially when the air bags push your feet into the rollers. With 23 programs to choose from, there are many ways to enjoy a nice rubdown. The display is nice, and the audio has very decent quality. Controls are pretty intuitive and easy to navigate.The meh: voice control is very limited, and there is no way to disable it. "Alice, is always listening, even when the chair is turned off. She's very concerned about making sure you know "I'm here". She responds during random conversations and while watching TV. It's humorous and annoying at the same time. The calf roller is underwhelming. The different settings force your knees into a bent position so the calves don't touch the rollers. Even when this isn't the case they don't "push" into the legs, so it's like being tickled, rather than massaged. The bluetooth doesn't autoconnect, so you can't start listening to anything until after it is done scanning the body. It also shuts off the second the massage is over, and has to be turned back on if you go for a second round. The heat pads only heat from one side, so you can't feel the heat on your back, only on your chest if you drape them over you.The bad: On mine at least, when you have 4D turned all the way up, the left side pushes much harder than the right. It still gets the job done but is imbalanced and not as good a feeling as it should be.

This is a very high quality massage chair. Taking delivery, it was well packaged and we experienced no damage whatsoever. We tried to get the white glove service to help move it to our 2nd level of our house, but due to scheduling issues, it did not work out. We found two strong men in our neighborhood to assist me. With a stairs hand truck purchased from Harbor Freight and two men on top of the box, and the big man push from below, we were able to manhandle this very heavy chair (in the box, with the arms removed) upto the 2nd floor. Once up there, the assembly was easy enough by watching the youtube video and taking about 30 minutes to an hour to finish. It powered and worked immediately. We have been using the various pre-programmed settings and we love the stretch one the best as it does stretch your entire body. The chinese and thai massage are similar, but also useful to work out the kinks in your joints.There have been complaints about the roughness of the spine massage, but I enjoy this level of massage, but if you can't take it they do provide a pretty good 2-layer back overlay to help.All in all, we are enjoying the chair everyday (with the two of us), and we anticipate many years of enjoyment ahead.
