Tastes fine, dissolves quickly. I could feel it working soon after I took the first dose, which surprised me, a lot. When it came time to take another dose, (6 hours later) my cough had returned, along with runny nose and sore throat symptoms. Again, I felt relief, and cough, runny nose and sore throat subsided. It is midnight, 6 hours after last dose, coughing has returned, sore throat is better, runny nose is better, still ache all over, but after 3rd dose, cough has calmed and I can maybe get some sleep. This is my second time buying the three pack and we all use it in the house when we get the snuffles and it works really great especially when you take it before you go to bed you wake up feeling so good. You have to take a few over time to feel the effects. We love this it has no nasty taste and easy to use.
