Huge help - USE STICKUM TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING
Update 5/8/25: Like many reviewers I find these move during the day and even hurt if they move enough. Solution? Use Stickum. Hollywood uses it to put fake stuff on actors faces and bodies, the prosthetics industry uses it to keep arificial limbs from moving. They say it lasts 8 hours, my experience is 14 hours. Use the roll-on applicator to put stickum on the bottome of the foot, outside edge of your foot, the upper part of your foot towrds the arch and the arch side of your foot. Then put the support where is works best for you and apply the velcroe straps. I use the following form Amazon: ABSOLUTE SUPPORT It Stays! Butt Glue for Dancers Roll On - Body Adhesive Glue Applicator for Wigs, Socks, Stockings, Leotards, Bras, Costumes and Clothing - Made in USA - 2 fl oz Clear. It's $17 but don't worry you won't use much as I descibe below.I put it on about 7:30 a.m. and take it at 11 p.m. offbefore bed. It washes off withwater, even a damp cloth BUT once off at the end of the day, you notice no feeling of adhesive on your feet to mess up your sheets, hop right into bed. Oddly the foot support also is dry and smooth, no feeling of stickum. After doing this a few times you can almost go 7 days or so days without more stickum on the bootom of your feet because, oddly, while it feels dry when you put it back on the next day, after a while the heat of your foot kind of re-activates the stickiness and sure enough that night when you peel it off you'll feel the adhesion, yet you saved on the stickum. Or you can just add some stickum now and again, not every day. Your mileage may vary, fool around with it.My prior review follows:1. Nowadays most shoe inserts, like skechers, have a cushioned heel which extends forward far enough forward that when you add the copper fit arch relief product, you have too much height at the back of the copper fit and its uncomfortable. When I moved flat shoe inserts from other old shoes into my skechers it made a huge improvement. (inserts are lightly glued in place and you can get them out).2. The copper fit product makes it clear that the higher side will be on the big toe side of your foot. Oddly when I reverse it on my foot so the arrows are on the little toe side of the foot it still helps and is less obtrusive inside certain shoes. It's like two different products in one.I can now walk on the floor without shoes or step-thru sandals on which I used to have adhesive pads. I'm no longer limping with pain in my left foot by the middle of the day and my gait which was affecting my right hip has vastly improved. I no longer end the day with a left foot so stiff I can't flex it let alone wiggle my toes. Although the flat inserts are a great improvement, I may search other versions of this product for less lift or shorter length from the front edge to back edge. I highly recommend these.

ok but original was better
I like the product, but copper fit has started using (for lack of a better descriptor) a plastic base for the arch support. Their original was much better, more comfortable, with same support. Not sure why they put the plastic part in.However, I am trying to get used to the hard piece.

Worth it. Check out FitVille on Amazon to
I feel I should update my feedback, since so many people have read my earlier post. I hope that it may send a notice to everyone that read the beginning statement I made praising just the shoes with the socks as that after around week 3 or so I have decided that my feet feel much much better when I wear the copper fit socks and add the velcro arch supports together in the FitVille sneakers. I jumped the gun a wee bit because in the beginning of using just the Copper Fit Socks in the shoes was magical to my extremely aching feet, but once the shoes broke in I was suffering once again with the extreme burning 🔥 in the soles of my feet . So I am now a few days in using the socks, the arch supports, and the sneakers 👟 I chose in the Army Green with orange stripes. I see they offer a sneaker 👟 particularly for Facitic feet, but not finding them to be as nice looking of a shoe I plan to continue with the combination of the three worn together and go nude with the feet at night as I sleep to give my feet a total break. Knowing just how miserable feet can make those of us who suffer hurt to the point 👉 of suicide and or murder I truly hope that my feedback can help others find some good comfort for their feet as I know I appreciate others who leave detaed information about products. ( support, pain, comfort)Well I got mixed up and typed out a very nice review in the wrong box due to the fact that I wanted to give a graphic feedback to try and help others and the lousy system allowed me to type it all out before turning red telling me that only a certain amount of characters are allowed. So something about this sucks on someones part .However in a short summary of my opinion goes like this. These are well worth the money to anyone with neuropathy and or diabetic feet . I also recommend the copper fit socks to help reduce swelling in the ankles and feet. And if you have problems with finding shoes with a wide toe box and or you have high arches you should look up the FitVille shoe store here on Amazon. The shoes are not cheap and with only a week of owning my very first pair of FitVille sneakers I will never buy another pair of anyones sneakers. At the price of 110.00 a pair I already have 2 more pairs picked out because they are the most comfortable shoes to ever grace my feet. Due to being affected by planters facidouse I find that wearing the shoes and only the copper fit socks to keep my feet more comfortable than even sitting still in my sock feet. I only wish I had found the whole combination years ago instead of spending really big money having custom made insoles.I also very much recommend reading the ads and feedback from others before you make any decisions or make yourself appear less intelligent and or lazy. I always find that you usually find all that you want or need to know in doing so.

Great pain relief
I love the fit and pain relief I get, however, it's very frustrating that the with daily wear after about a month, the side that the velcro attaches to comes apart. It still works, your're just dealing with two pieces of fabric that don't stay together and slide around inside your shoe. I wish that side of the support was also elastic as the elastic side holds up fabulously.

So good I Can’t stop crying
I’ve had really bad plantar fasciitis for awhile. I’m on my feet for work every day. I run on my days off. I had my chiro do a foot levelers scan. My result was 122. Which is pretty horrible. Wear and tear from work and being an active person has killed my feet. I’ve tried a bunch of different orthopedics to see which works best. All them are ok but I’m still in pain.As soon as I put these on I started walking around and crying cause it’s been a while since I’ve been able to be on my feet without being in pain. It’s such a relief. It’s such a weight off my chest being able to keep up my lifestyle without pain.

Game changer for arch pain
I have high arches and like to exercise and walk a lot. A few months ago I injured my food and was off of it for a couple months, I think the tendons in my foot got really weak and when I started using it again my arch has been giving me problems since. This product has helped tremendously. I don’t have searing pain that goes up to my knee, it gives just the right amount of support without being uncomfortable. Not too thick, can wear it over my socks and underneath my shoes. Fits great!
