I have 2 of these fish oil gels right before I sleep everyday! It is a soft gel texture so it is easy to swallow, especially with water. There is also a lemon taste to it, so after you eat it there is no smell of fish oil in your mouth after.

Great for swallowing difficulties
I have used Nordic Naturals for years and would not change. I would rather use the stronger dose. It has always given me the energy and healthy feeling I need.

I’ve used these quite a while. They have really helped me a lot. I got a new bottle a few days ago. This is a FYI. When I opened it, the smell was very nasty. Not really a fishy smell. I was surprised I couldn’t get a replacement. I guess I totally missed the part where they are non returnable or refundable. I will continue to take these. Was just unaware. My bad. I just wanted a replacement and that should have been an option.

both high vitamins are included in one pill.
I really can't tell the difference at this point, but it looks okay and the price is a little high, but I will give at least 6 month trail to be fair. Ask me again in June.
