It WORKS, it really stays well on the curved screen
Imagine the broken protector was your screen. It takes about 45 minutes to apply it and it is a very tedious job, but the protector does what it is meant to and protects the screen. Now compare 45 minutes with having to send the phone for a screen replacement which leaves you with no phone for a week. The screen protector is also transparent and fits the screen perfectly, with no air bubbles.I've originally written this review after a few days from mounting the screen protector on my phone and my wife's phone and then updated the review after cracking one of the screen protectors.Update on the screen protector:The inevitable happened and I dropped my wife's phone on the ground. The screen protector took the hit and cracked, but protected the screen. We did not rush to change the screen protector as it was cracked only in a corner. A couple of weeks after, my wife's cat dropped something on the phone and cracked the protector again, the screen was totally fine again.I removed the protector then, and to my surprise, it was really easy to do so, even if it was broken in two diagonally opposite corners. Many people complained that it cracks and sends glass shards all over. It probably does if you pull it very fast, but if you just put the nail underneath a good corner and pull very gently or not pull at all, just wait for air to seep between, it will be just fine. The screen protector does crack further when it reaches the damaged corners but does not separate or send shards flying across the room. The whole point is to do it slowly (about two minutes of waiting with the nail between the screen protector and the screen). We now applied another screen protector from the same brand. It did take about 45 minutes overall, but compare that to having to send the phone for a new screen.Original review:Applying the screen protector to the phone's screen was really difficult and required two people to correctly do it, but the results are very good if you follow the procedure step by step. There is also a more detailed application procedure on Youtube uploaded by AndroidStud than available on the protector's official webpage. Both the touch screen and the fingerprint sensor work as there is no screen protector applied. There is no tint to the image as the protector has almost 100% transparency. I am thinking to buy another pack just in case, it is that good. Also, bad reviews are mostly from people that did not place the phone on a level surface and the glue dripped before curing. I tried the levelness of the phone after mounting it in the holder with a water drop, which I then cleaned with a lint-free cloth. If you want a successful application, WATCH the tutorials before starting the job!

Perfect fit you don't even notice it
I tried other cheaper protectors and they were terrible. Although pricey and a little complicated to apply this one works perfectly and is such a perfect fit you can't even notice it. The finger print and touch gestures aren't affected at all.My pack didn't come with a screen weight as was shown in the tutorial video on YouTube but it worked just fine without. Just make sure you allow the glue to run far enough down the screen. Video is pretty easy to follow, only took around 20 mins to apply.

Excellent screen protector, really fiddly to apply!
Works beautifully, really good adhesion, but by far the most fiddly and nerve wracking screen protector I have used! Watch a couple of videos before applying!

Awkward to install, not a flawless result. Corner peeled & now cracked. 8 days since installing!?
I started by watching their video several times. I also watched several videos of YouTubers installing them to be aware of where things can go wrong. After putting it off for a couple of days, I decided the time was right.- This is a screen protector we're installing not breaking ground on HS2!After carefully preparation of the phone, the environment, the lighting, ensuring I had no disruptions, a clean lint free surface. ALL of that, and I still didn't end up with a flawless installation. The good:I have to say that the alcohol pads and lint free cloths are better than I have encountered elsewhere. They allowed for a clean and lint free glass surface to be prepared. That's it! It was all problematic from hereon in.I wore clean silicon finger cots to prevent leaving any fingerprints whilst handling the phone to install into the alignment jig.Once in the plastic frame, you don't have certainty of spotting any dust that might be hiding in the corners, so there is a little leap of faith required progressing to the next stage. I'd suggest you have an air pump dust blower close to hand. With the phone placed in the alignment frame, the moment of truth arrives, the pouring of the adhesive - 🥁.You never really know if everything is spot on accurate with the levelling until the liquid is introduced into the equation. The frame would benefit from a built in spirit level as a guide before entering the final anxiety ridden steps. As it turned out, my pack arrived with 3 vials of the liquid adhesive. It was almost as if WhitestoneDome knew this is where things go wrong for most people so include a spare.Vial number 2 opened after tweaking the frame's resting position. Top lid opened and the contents pour out, this time more centred than disaster number 1. Guiding it towards the centre was like playing a game in The Crystal Maze, then the final piece of the puzzle by removing the plastic lever the screen protector rests upon... and you watch the liquid spread across the phone's surface. For the first few seconds I thought, ok, fussy installation but, it looks like I was heading for a good result, UNTIL an air bubble appears, then another, then another. What do I do now? I let it settle for 30 seconds, still no improvement, another 30, same outcome. I had to manually intervene using an edging tool used in another kit to remove air bubbles, I tried to rectify the situation, but the end result is not a flawless installation.5 or 6 microbubbles in a now cured screen protector. The actual screen protector's cut edges are radiused to a certain degree but nowhere near as refined a shape as OnePlus' genuine screen protectors - sadly not made for the 10Pro.Also, the included alignment frame did not help result in perfect lower edge positioning. It's clearly evident by the hole punch around the camera not being concentric, just off by a little bit. Every time I'll use my phone it will be there, staring me in the face until it will bug me to replace it with either the 2nd included unit, or with another brand (Eiger Mountain Glass 3D Screen Protector for Oppo Find X5 Pro - same screen dimensions).I would not recommend this product unless you buy multiple kits to practise. Far too expensive for this much uncertainty. Whitestone Dome should sell refill packs where the UV light and frame are excluded.I've installed quite a few screen protectors in the last few years. Progressively became better at it, to the extent that I no longer trap dust and correctly align even without a wasteful plastic frame. But this Whitestone Dome product, was a test of patience and nerve, and man alive did it test them! Too many heart-in-mouth moments for such an expensive product.UPDATE 16 March! - It's already cracked! 8 days after installing, it's cracked on the left upper corner. Just wiping the phone down and I noticed another bubble appear right in the corner. The phone has been living on my desk since, using finger pressure to see if the edge was coming away or if dirt was trapped beneath, it cracked. What a waste of money. I'd advise to not buy this item. I don't see how this will offer adequate protection to your phone.
