Works well and the straw is super helpful!
The "WD-40" style straw is super helpful here to direct the lube where you need it with minimal waste or mess. Knowing this is food grade is also nice, because I don't need anyone (pets, kids, etc.) ingesting something poisonous.

Makes food taste terrible
I purchased this to lubricate the extending oven racks in my Wolfe ovens. When it heats up to 400° a noxious smell permeates the house and imparts a terrible taste to the food.
