Great aid, easy to personalize to your hearing loss.
I have had these aids for a month. So I feel I can comment on these after being able to learn all it offers. I am a hearing aid lifer for since very little when hearing aids were size of Sony Walkman. I wanted to try them due to reasonable price, ability to tune to my hearing loss, and see if they Lexie delivered all of the other features available. The first, the Lexie Bluetooth download app is very informative, easy to use, it will do a hearing test to find what where you need boosting, thumbs up, although I recommend doing this test a week or two later, because you will be more familiar what testing octaves will sound like. Once this is done the aids calculate the needed gains, and adjust. So what is nice, when I start my day, put in my aids in. Once they are powered up, you can go about your business, here's the nice part, you can use Lexie app to turn up/lower your volume, at the same time, it will tell you how your batteries are holding, in addition it allows you to change your surroundings like normal environment, noisily, music, phone coils, settings that enhance your hearing experience. The only problem is that I suffer from very moderate hearing loss, and although these aids will be more than sufficient for most people, sadly for me I will need more powerful aids, which is sad because said, these aids are going to cause a serious disruption to the hearing aid market simply due to the fact in my experience duplicates what most what most audiologist can do. Withstanding thousands of dollars saved. So I'm not saying that you should not see an audiologist, most definitely you should just to make sure your ears are healthy. But if you are already using aids, the is where these guys really triump over big boys. I see cheap aids that boost only sound, doesn't really address your actual hearing loss or amplify the areas needed to enjoy lifes sounds, these addresse those challenges. Thumbs up to Lexie

Impressed
Still on my 45 day grace period and I'm going to keep these.I had trouble making out dialog on TV ( yes subtitles are great) could no longer hear birds tweeting ( missed that)And I can hear my wife..a little better ( but she's a " low talker anyway). It's a nice set of aids with its own hearing test included to give you the best possible experience. Different ear adjusters for different size heads. Cleaning brush and cleaning wire to keep the aids working their best and an extensive owners manual and phone numbers in case you need to contact the company.I'm impressed with these hearing aids and for the money you can't beat them. Consumer Reports gave them a good grade..and that's good enough for .me

Not for moderate to severe hearing issues
The setup was not an easy 1-2-3. It took hours to even put in a password to start the account! Each password was rejected and would cause a lockout of 15 minutes. We waited for a callback from an “expert “ who told us this product only works for mild to moderate deafness. Okay. I accept this, but shouldn’t this be a major advertising point? We can’t give a review on anything else because we never got to sound quality, comfort or ease of use.I gave one star for nice packaging by the manufacturer and quick delivery by Amazon. Advertising bordered on false claims.

Unfortunate problem
I recall that on the original order I accidentally hit the button twice and received two Pairs of the Lexie hearing aids that run on batteries. for $799. each. I believe they were shipped from two different locations so they arrived on different days. I cannot use battery operated because I can't manage the small batteries. So I did return two sets of them. I returned the rechargeable Lexie batteries with the Bose speakers because I read the reviews which said that the service from Lexie was very inadequate unless the hearing aids were purchased directly from them. So, I returned yours and purchased them directly from Lexie. I am 84 years old and have enough trouble without having bad service. Very sorry about this. So, please credit me with the 799.00 you owe me. Very sorry about this. SUZANNE

Cost and durability i
I have had hearing aids for over 6 years, the ones i just bought are just as good as the old ones and cost a lot less than the first set($6000). Of course the question still remains how long they will work before they need to be replaced.

Easy Listening
Bought these when my previous pair stopped working. These have been wonderful. I really like the App. I can change sound levels and environments, there are several preset, and noone around me even knows. They just think I'm playing on my phone. They are not gaudy or an eye sore. People look at me and not my bulky hearing aides. They work great, the price is reasonable and customer service is great too. I recommend the Lexie Lumen hearing aides.

A solid hearing aid choice
This was my 4th pair. The first 2 were 7K+, and these provide roughy comparable results for my moderate hearing loss situation. They are accurately described, and the basic hearing test seemed to be adequate. The trade off is that these units are on the large size. Especially if you wear glasses they are easy to knock off and are a bit more conspicuous. The message when you first put them on is somewhat indistinct, and it is a little harder to get them properly set in your ears. This being said, they do “work”, and represent a decent choice if all you need is modest hearing augmentation.
