This ice pack is truly the only one I have ever loved, and I have tried many. I use it daily, because of Migraines, Sciatica, and Epilepsy. There are so many ways to use this because of how it is made. It stays cold for so long because of the insulation in the material. It's so wonderful not having to give up an ice pack in ten minutes when you're in the middle of a high-grade fever or a full-blown migraine because it stopped working. The expandable strap makes you able to maneuver it any way you want - head, shoulders, lower back, wherever. The velcro makes it stick and it HOLDS TIGHT and doesn't slip, no matter how hard you shuffle and fuss in pain. I also love that if one side feels too cold or if you feel it has lost some of its chill, you can flip it and use the other side, and voila, it's like having a new pack right where you are. I travel with thus, I buy it for friends. I tell my chiropractor about it and now he reccs it to his clients. Trust me when I tell you: stop fussing with the others that's either so cold too quick you wince, and then melt so fast you wanna scream, or the ones that you hate... THIS is where the magic is. It has your back, and your head, and your shoulders, and all of your other sore joints, aches, and pains.

I love this product!! I haven just begun Immunotherapy (allergy shots) and icing immediately after the treatment significantly helps reduce adverse reactions. At the allergy clinic, the nurses provide one-time use ice packs and tape them on my arms, but those just weren't doing the trick for me... they were full of air and were only cold wherever gravity pulled the cold liquid, so it didn't help much without holding my bent arms out like I was doing the Chicken Dance. I knew I needed a more sustainable solution (the waste and the effectiveness was not good enough for me). I found an ice pack similar to this one sitting around my house and started bringing it to appointments and realized how much more effective it is to have a gel ice pack properly strapped around my arm and knew I needed to invest in another ASAP. I did some brief online research, but kept coming back to Kinetic Labs - Hot and Cold Wrap. I chose this over other options because I like the versatility of using it as a warm pack if needed although not what I bought it for), I also like that the ice pack is a gel insert that goes into the sleeve that will wrap around and velcro to secure. I had an immunotherapy session today and got to use this product for the first time and LOVED it! It's even better than the other one I had lying around the house because the velcro strap is wide enough to fully secure the whole pack (the other one I have has two thinner velcro straps that get tangled and slip off), it has great coverage, and it's comfortable. Will definitely be buying another soon!!

Wow. These reusable gel ice packs with straps are THE best I've come across. I have knees that need to be replaced and I'll soon be having disc replacement surgery on my upper spine so ice packs are a must for me. These are so incredibly convenient to use, they are comfortable against bare skin and they stay in place. I've tried so many types of ice packs, for example the clay filled cold packs. I bought a flat rectangular strapped style and one that wrapped around my neck and laid over my shoulders. They required constant adjusting, they were heavy and when using I couldn't move much because they were impossible to keep in place. These ice packs are 100% easier to use and aren't cumbersome one bit. Even though I'm not able to leave the house often, when I do I need to be able to take ice with me and I can easily do that with these unlike others. I can strap one on each knee and one around my neck and not worry about them moving, falling off, getting uncomfortable, dripping condensation or aggravating the pain I deal with by being too hard and heavy. I can't suggest these enough! If you use ice packs on a regular basis, do yourself a favor and give these a try. Even if you don't need to use ice daily, you'll be happy to have these on hand when you find yourself in need. They truly are a game changer for me. I purchased one, tried it the day it arrived and promptly ordered two more. You won't be disappointed by this product. I give these am A++++!

I've really enjoyed using these. They can get hard if left in the freezer too long in a really cold freezer, however that happens with nearly every single gel pack. It however softens up and lasts a good hour or two from that point on if you really need something this cold. The strap is perfect and doesn't make it too freezing on your head, arm, or neck. I got this ice pack in January, and I'm pretty rough with it. No tears, no bends or leaks. Everything has been good. Ordered a few heat packs on Amazon and they all leaked, one was a really big version of this heat pack (I really thought I needed something huge but it leaked on me). I got this again as I did use my ice pack once for heat and it worked wonderfully, but I didn't want to unfreeze it and reheat it in the microwave, just so it didn't break or mess with the cold or heating features of the pack. I highly recommend this. It works well, both ways! I'd probably get two, just so you can use one for the other. However I'm sure using both ways would be fine, I'm just a neat freak. I really love these, give them a try!
