Fantastic new direction for Doom
Now this is a good book. What a great idea after the events of secret wars 2 and civil war 2 to allow Doom to see the error of his ways and seek to turn his life around. Will it work? We’ll have to see, but reading about it is quite enjoyable. Now again, knowing the Brian Michael Bendis is heading to DC has me concerned about where this book will end up. Again, we’ll have to see but for now, on to Vol 2. Highly recommended for fans of iron man, dr Doom, super heroes, good stories, excellent art, or comics in general.

Invincible Iron Doom
This was a great start to a promising series. Maleev's art is good and Bendis's writing is precise, witty, and on point. The story builds upon the Doctor Doom mythos of the last 70 or so years while adding something new and exciting to it. I get a very Superior Spider-Man ( another great series) vibe from this collection. As a word of warning you will understand this series better if you have read Bendis's Invincible Iron Man run ( which I also recommend). This is one the best things that Bendis has written in a long while and I can't wait to see where it goes next. This has got to be one of the few good things to come out of his less than stellar Civil War II. The paperback itself is just ok. If you are a fan of Brian Michael Bendis or Doctor Doom you will like this.

Description on back cover has events that don't occur in this book, but overall a good story
The back cover and extent the product details here mention things such as Pepper Potts in this book. She not present. This is a decent Bendis book, who has a reputation having done this for nearly two decades now. It takes off from his previous Invincible run before the crossover event ended the status quo. This book has great art from Maleev and puts us on a path rooting for a more heroic victor von doom. Where this series is heading remains a mystery, but the characters seem to be in place by the end of this tale. There is no straight up arc though, giving no self contained tale, so that is why at least one star goes away.

More Doom please!
I looooove Doctor Doom. The way he speaks and his pride are simply the best in all of comics. There is no villain I like more than Doom, seeing him becoming a mean superhero is everything I've ever wanted. Seeing him considering the other side of the argument is a wonderful display of character.. I really.. really hope this continues.

Doom the Iron Man
I really like Bendis storytelling for Doom in this particular collection. I have never been a big Bendis fan, but I loved the slower pace to this story revealing the changes to Doom from Invincible Iron Man and Secret Wars is elaborated on in this collection. I actually really loved Maleev's artwork and his design for Doom's Iron Man armor was sleek looking and i really liked it. Some of the artwork was not oerfect, but if you able to locate this trade I recommend reading it.

Vale a pena
Muito interessante, a análise psicológica do personagem e a densidade das ações dão a tônica da história, que tem uma surpresa bem legal no fim.

I love the retrospective stories of complex characters
I love the retrospective stories of complex characters, especially the villains, this is not in the same league as Alan Moores Killing Joke but definitely a very good story that provides a different perspective of Dr. Doom, the flaws he has and the struggle to find fulfillment. The one character trait I have never accepted as being coherently explained is Dr. Dooms intense hate of Reed Richards, has never really made any sense to me and always a very poor story line or reason to do anything, I am looking forward to the volume 2 to hopefully put some coherent perspective on this.

Iron Doom

Best Ironman
This is a brilliant example of when an artist loves what they do and Informous Iron is one of the best written and drawn series that Brian Michael Bendis has been apart of
