Not easy to put together and extremely bulky. They use air cushions to massage; however, is not effective at all. Heating function not very effective either. Overall, not worth the large amount payed and virtually unusable. Quality is good though and seems well made. Be careful if buying in Australia as it doesn’t come with Australian plug. New massager is upgraded, has enough heating, and has lightweight and breathable material which makes it more comfortable to use. New leg massager to me for free, and I didn't need to send the original one back, I had receiv it within 3-5 days.And the whole new massager is upgraded, has enough heating, and has lightweight and breathable material.I received a new one in 7 days. I purchased this product a few weeks ago to help control the swelling in my legs. From the very first use i could tell a real difference. The product is easy to put on and use, and the exstensions to account for the extra size in my swollen legs have been a god send. You literally just velcro the product on your legs and plug it up and it allows you to control intensity, different massage styles and the heat. I highly recomment this product to anyone needing either a good leg massage or as in my case you control fluid build up in the legs from chronic edema.

Received this yesterday. Tried it today and absolutely love it!! Felt so good to my aching arthritic legs and feet. Brought tears to my eyes! Definitely recommend!!
