I was going to throw my sneakers away, I was getting a lot leg soreness and lower back pain which usually tells me it’s time for new shoes. I’m trying to not spend a lot now so I figured I’d try some new insoles. As a trauma nurse in a level 1 trauma hospital I am on my feet for most of my 12 hour shifts. First shift using these and the usual soreness is nowhere to be found and my lower back pain is non existent. Will purchase a few more stat, financially a better choice than new $100 dollar sneakers.

Switched to these for my warehouse job and I will never go back to what my shoes came with. Foot and leg pain vanished within a week. The quality is superb. Very easy to cut down to size. I found it easier to use tiny kids scissors than my regular ones. They're pretty thick and support me better than other insoles ever have.

I’ve tried a lot of insoles. The quality has berries big time. These ones in particular are my favorite and the only ones I buy as of 3-1-25.They offer pain relief for my back. They are very stable. I put them in my winter slippers when the insoles felt… just bad. They improved those slips hugely and I love them now. I also put these in my whether go-walks when those insoles went out. Fit perfectly after you cut them up. I also use them in my work boots and there’s a huge difference between the ones i got in my timbaland boots. Which I loved those boots before these insoles were put into them.I’ll say the downside is the cutting. It’s hard to get it just right for you. Luckily my step daughter is great with scissors. lolBuy them if you are in mild to low pain in your feet or back. Anything more severe I doubt these would help.

I've had these on subscribe and save for the last 3yrs. They come every 6mo and I swap them out in my work boots. Usually by the time I get the second set, they are going in new boots too. These are easily the best inserts money can buy. I work on my feet, climbing ladders, standing, squatting, ect- for 10-14hrs a day and these really do keep me going. Before I got these (using the same boots, cause I wear/buy the same boots every year), i would come home and my feet were shot. I'd lay in bed and my feet hurt for hours. Now, I swear it's like I barely even worked all day every day. My feet feel great every single day. The inserts look like absolute trash at the end of every 6mo but even then, they are working just as if they were new. I mainly replace them due to major wear and smell (per the wife's request). Ive suggested these to everyone i know and I've only ever heard great things.They are simple to trim down to size with scissors and work into my boots. There isn't even any break in period either. Brand new boots with these and there's no adjusting to new boots. It really is amazing. I'll keep buying these as long as they are available...and obviously as long as I still need my legs.

I spend all day on my feet as a commercial plumber before I bought these my feet and legs would kill me by lunch time. These are such great quality my feet no longer hurt no matter how long I’m on them.

The media could not be loaded. These insert souls are very comfortable.But the noise they make when you walk is just too overbearing for the comfort factor.I trim these to fit into my Timberland boots their size 11, and I had to trim them down to size 10They fit in their fine. I thought that that maybe the souls were just making noises because they were brand new. It’s been about two weeks now and it’s still making the same squeaking noise and everybody can hear me coming down from the hallways. I feel I’m more of a laughing stock in the building.My feet feel great but not worth the embarrassment. I will be returning these if noise is not a factor for you and comfort is all you need. These are cheap and great.

I work in the airline industry and these insoles are fantastic. They are highly recommended, much more if you work all day on your feet or standing.Definitely they are the best, soft and very comfortable.
