I took me a while to give a review for this book. I didn’t know how to express my gratitude to Tasha for writing this excellent piece of Leadership Art according to basic Ethics, morals and respect; unfortunately these attributes are hard to find nowadays in between leaders and that’s why we see people every day depressed, with emotional burn outs and annoyed by their jobs, when it could be happy and fun… because there, people is more productive! I have recommended this book to everyone around me; I even bought the book for them when I noticed they were taking too long to buy it. I just couldn’t wait to talk about it with people and to introduce them to it. The book is very simple to understand and give us clear samples of what good leaders and bad leaders are. It might give you chills when comparing the stories to your own life experiences. It's worth reading it twice in the same week, to start!Love, Lidia Avileswww.lidiaaviles.com
