Okay first I want to start by saying that my rabbit is on a flat bottom cage she uses the litter box so the reason I got these mats was not due to wiring on the cage or because she uses the restroom at the bottom because it's completely clean. When she tries to move fast on that flat bottom plastic she almost look like she was peeling out sometime so I knew she needed something with a grip that maybe her nails can kind of sneak into and she chews on everything so putting a type of mat in there that is really soft she will chew it. Anyway I'm part of a group on Facebook that advised me to get something like this so I did and for a couple of weeks I couldn't get them to stay still and she just flip them over and they ended up all over the place and she seemed really frustrated with them being in there. I was advised to get some velcro to stick underneath the mats and I did it only took two small pieces on each mat to securely keep it down to the bottom of the cage and she absolutely loves it She lays on them all the time now. The reason that I said all of this was because I'm not sure how it would work for wire cages or if the reason you're getting them is to have feces and urine to go to the bottom of it ...she does not use the bathroom anywhere else other than her litter box unless it's an accident which I could just take out the pieces and clean them so it's not a problem. I don't give it a 5-star because I feel like they need to come with something to secure the pads to the bottom some sort of way if I wouldn't have figured it out I was going to return them

Don’t buy. Don’t stay in place.
Save your money. Will not stay in place with clips. They’re a hazard for my bunnies as they step on the mats and they slide. I bought them to cover metal cube grates which their paws could fall through. On the upper levels the rabbits could brake their legs falling through or worse. Unfortunately I bought 6 packages of 2 mats each. Put in pen for one night and removed next morning as they were all over the pen. Not one stayed in place. Total waste of money.

My bunny loves these.
Really like these. They work great in our bunnies wabitat. Purchased the pink ones but wish we could have gotten them in clear. I guess they no longer sell that color?? Would highly recommend these!

Smaller than expected.
There a bit smaller than I expected. I had to zip tie them so they wouldn’t slide on the bottom of the cage.

Rabbit approved
These have worked well for our rabbit, with the exception that they haven’t “locked” or “snapped” onto the wire floor as I’d hoped. We’ve ended up zip tying them to the floor and now they work great. Nice may for resting.
