Just right for delicate cookie dough!
I use these to bake consistent cookies with delicate dough. While they need to be placed on a cookie sheet for stability, they do a great job of baking, and would likely work for other baking such as buns or muffin tops. A bit odd to clean, but you can just toss them on the top rack of the dishwasher and then let them dry in a dish drainer, then fold them in half and tuck them away--they take up very little space. I'm a fan!

Bought this one for my restaurant useThey’re super fantastic snd the size is perfectThey should last at least a 1,000 bake I said no problemBut less than 30 uses 3 out of 5 pieces I bought are teared, the remaining 2 seems on the way unfortunatelyWe’re super gentle with things also

SUPER COOL ADDITION TO MY BAKING STUFF
I LOVE this for making hamburger buns as well as Hawaiian Sweet Egg Rolls. Nothing sticks to this. It washes up so well just in soapy water. I also put it in the dishwasher and it works wonderful too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
