Really good, I’m new to boxing and have been using for over a year now almost every day with no problems

Brought this for my son for his 13th birthday and he absolutely loves it. Great for fitness.

Wouldn't say it's for adults it comes back too slow so you can't use realistic head movement with it and the bar is quite flimsy as the bar almost came off I guess it would be okay for a 10 to 13 year old but still at that you're better off getting a more expensive one with the spring on the top

Bought this for my sons birthday, unfortunately it tore after just a few punches but a replacement was sent out very quickly after I contacted Customer Services. So far the replacement is standing up to his punches.

Although the instructions were missing, it's really easy to put together.We used water in the base.Its excellent quality and an effective piece of equipment.My clients love it! Update!...after using it a few times- the ball kept coming loose, I contacted customer service who dealt with the situation quickly and sent a replacement: no quibble or hassle.Fantastic customer service and the new one is perfect!

Fast delivery, good quality product, it is great for relieving stress and a good cardio workout. It was very easy to put together and once filled with water it was pretty sturdy, no matter how hard I punch (which possibly isn't that hard) it doesn't budge.

Very poor quality control Sent out with fault. Maybe it was sent back from a previous purchase and shipped out again.

It arrived on time and it was very easy to assemble. Wanted to fill with sand, but, it is unbelievably hard to do so with the smallest of openings in which to try get the sand in. Ended up filling with water, but surely, some consideration should have been given to nake filling with sand; possible. Bought gloves and so far have had no issue with the bag or the spring. The rating is because of the sand issue not the effectiveness of the product

L'ho preso come regalo di compleanno per mio marito, visto che con la situazione attuale non si può andare in palestra. Ero un po' preoccupata che potesse non essere abbastanza pesante per un adulto, invece una volta riempita la base d'acqua, grazie anche alle ventose di cui essa è dotata, risulta molto stabile. È molto semplice da montare e, anche se alcune parti mantengono un pelo di gioco, è robusto. Mio marito ne è molto soddisfatto.

Das Geschenk schlug im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein und die "Kleinen" wie die Größeren hauen diesen "Ball" mit Begeisterung um dann ausweichend um ihn herumzurennen. Der Spaß bringt sie ganz schön außer Puste und damit hat das kleine Gerät seine Funktion erfüllt.

Also ziehe 1 Stern ab weil keine Anleitung dabei war.Ansonsten haben unsere Kinder sehr viel Spaß damit
