The media could not be loaded. I love it! The install was almost easy except for the placement of screws inside geesh but I got it in. This is not my code in video. It's the default code. Anywho maybe 20 minutes top. I couldn't use the wrought box but it still works perfectly. This is a must buy. I opt out the fingerprint one that makes me nervous to try. Instructions are good. You need a long Phillip screwdriver. It's heavy duty and be careful I have a small cut some how but I'm fine.

When I first bought this handle everything set up great and worked perfectly but now all of a sudden two months later, every fingerprint works to open my front door! I now see this in other people’s reviews and I regret getting this door handle. However I did find a solution for those of you who have issues, find a solution, inconvenient one but a solution, if you go into the app and delete the device, hit clear all data, then you can log back in, all your info is still there except fingerprint and password so you will have to redo this.

I bought this in November of 2021. I use this for my pantry to keep little fingers out of the junk food. It worked great after I got it all set up. Fast forward about a year and 9 months and the app used to hook up to it doesn't recognize my username anymore. The knob used to have 1 long beep when it would unlock. Now it beeps multiple times and I have to turn the knob, turn it back and turn it again to make it open. Today it beeped and lit green but wouldn't open at all. We had to use the key to open the door. Overall it is a sturdy unit. And feels solid. I have not had to replace the batteries and it hasn't indicted they need done either.Edit: I have since replaced the battery's and everything (the knob side of things. Not the app) is working correctly. The knob lights are supposed to change color when they are low but they did not.

Came nicely packed, even with a pair of gloves and - most important - complete.If you stall it in a prefabricated door it's a walk in the park. Otherwise use the template which comes with it for drilling.The instructions could use a few more pictures for setting it up but I am quite familiar with the Smart Life App.

I purchased because it said waterproof. NOT! It sprinkled last night (.02 rain) now won’t work. Digital keypad doesn’t respond. I installed fresh batteries still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Quality handle. Key pad lights up for easy night use. I never have to worry if the door is locked any more with the auto lock feature. I never have to worry if I forgot my keys before I close the door. I don't have to carry house keys to walk the dog. I don't have to worry about getting a key to the pet sitter and adding and changing codes is quick and simple.

I absolutely love this! The doorknob I had before locked, but was easily accessible with a coin by my 5 and 3 year old Granddaughters. It was easy to install. Only thing I had to do extra was chip about a half inch off of the hole where the plate goes on the door frame. The rest was a cakewalk. Programming was fast and simple and it stores up to 10 codes ( I only needed one ). Excellent product!

Idk what’s going on with my doorknob it works fine fit about a week it will need a finger the next week it lets everyone in no password no finger needed anyone can get it I don’t like that I got it for the sole purpose to keep people out of my room because all of my collectibles and things that are breakable or in my room it works perfect for about a week and then it just stops all of a sudden one week it will need a password fingerprint and it won’t let nobody in unless they have access then the next week it will let everybody and I don’t know what’s going on. Please help me explain this to me. What’s going on? What do I have to do to fix it because I’ve already had to reset it twice and then I’ve had to go back and add everybody’s fingerprint and the password all over again

Buen producto en general, muy bonita, sofisticada y segura., lo único malo es que el sensor dactilar no funciona correctamente pues no me reconoce y tengo que estar usando el método por contraseña de dígitos los cuáles son números en pantalla táctil y como los números son muy chiquitos y la pantalla muy sensible lo hace difícil el poner la clave a la primera pues casi siempre selecciono números incorrectos sin querer.De 10 veces que quiero abrir la puerta solo en 1 puedo abrir con reconocimiento dactilar.

Una buena opción para no hacer modificaciones a la puerta

Llegó bien y funcionó bien por UN MES. Luego, dejó de funcionar sin aviso. Cambiamos las pilas y lo desmontamos sin éxito. Ya no lo puedo devolver. Ni modo. Buen concepto pero no creo que el gasto valió la pena. Lástima.
