Maglite Solitaire Incandescent 1-Cell AAA Flashlight Blue

This fits nicely on my lamp table next to my recliner, in it's little box. I use it to locate anything smaller knocked off the table by my playful cat, particularly if the item(s) are under the recliner. The little Maglite is easy to hold while I search.

The overall rating on this flashlight is 0! I have the identical flashlight, so I thought, and as the picture indicates your flashlight on the right barely gives enough light as compared to lighting a match. I didn't realize it was incandescent and not LED but there exactly the same flashlight so it appeared. I can't believe this flashlight is even being sold anymore. Seller must be trying to get rid of old stock. I am so disgusted by the quality of this flashlight I don't want to waste my time returning it as it should never have been sent out in the 1st place. The price was not that much less than the equivalence.A very unhappy customer, George

MagLite customer since the 90s, they've never disappointed. This mini is great ; I keep it clipped on my purse for any reason, menus, dark streets, lost keys, etc.

These little lights have stood the test of time and are still holding their own in a consumeristic society that there is always something newer and better hitting the market. We have the LED versions which are good, bright little flashlights but are a bit too bright for small kids that think the best part of a flashlight is the light and are always looking into the light for reasons known only to small kids. I bought these to gift to 2 and 4 year olds and they are perfect for that. They offer just enough light for a kid to play in a dark room, in a fort, or to get to and from the bathroom at night. They do not, however, offer enough light for them to walk outdoors in the dark. These are great little flashlights that can be handed to kids for them to use for fun and a false sense of security but you will not want this to be your only flashlight in any kind of real need. They are overpriced for what you get. While most can appreciate the made in america tag and some are willing to pay more for that, and others will pay more for the nostalgia of having these lights as kids thmeselves, there are other lights on the market with better output, but not in an incadescent bulb that is safe in the hands of a small child, for lower prices. I highly recommend these lights for the purpose we bought them, to give to small children, but would not recommend this version for any other purpose. The LED versions are a much better light when light is truly needed.

I am not sure exactly what I was expecting from such a small light with only 1 triple A battery, but this was not it. I have had a lot of Maglite's in the past and all have been excellent lights. This one feels like it was made very well and should last a long time. My only complaint is the amount of light output. 20 meters of beam distance is a stretch in my case. More like 10 meters. I was left wanting more, but I will keep them as I know they will last a long time and for most uses will be sufficient.

What i like about the solitare I carry it all the timewith me.
