I was not prepared for the after effects of this pill . It is true indeed great I lost 4lbs in 2 days , but brace yourself with taking 2 pills until your stomach gets use to it . It’s definitely effective to say the least, however the cramping it gave me hurt like hell I swear . Felt like I was having contractions lol . I had to take an ibuprofen to stop the pain because I started off with 2 pills . I suggest taking it while not working because you will run to the bathroom. I do see my stomach not bloated but I work out as well . Drink lots of water it will definitely help you reach your goal . Hope that helped . So it’s a go in my book
