Love it, use it for my cats. I open the capsules and poor it on their food. It helps break up the hairballs, so they don't throw up as much, and just pass it. Be aware though, sometimes it just makes their hacking more productive and then I end up with more hairballs to clean up. Though usually they just cough up the hairball instead of throwing up, which is preferable. Best hairball remedy I have discovered. Way better then the oils and jellies. Apparently it works by breaking up the fat, I have never tried it for myself, though it is sold as a human supplement.

this Is my third bottle of this product and it is by far the best lecithin supplement capsule on the market. A typical egg contains in the neighborhood of 100mg of lecithin making it unreasonable to consume a therapeutic dose of 600mg naturally. This is the next best thing.

Good old shrinkflation....I switched to another brand that has the same amount of egg yolk lecithin in one capsule.This stuff does work to control hairballs and vomiting though. Two capsules (i.e. one egg's worth) per day per cat. But, happy to cut my work load in half by using another product.

I buy this to help my cats' hairball situation. It worked last season but this year it seems powerless in stopping the onslaught of hairballs. The plus is that my cats will eat it added to their food.

I stir this into my cat's wet food to help break up hairballs (they are bound by fats). He hardly ever vomits anymore, it has helped so much! Highly recommend.
