Well designed and good directions.
This design is straight forward and simple but works great. The hardest part is making the hole for the faucet install especially in the cast iron / porcelain sink. You must have some basic construction skills and tools. Also i had to figure out how to get electric under my sink as there was not any prior. Another minor problem i ran into was my drain pipe had a small T for a vent line that was the correct size for the pre-made connection and i had to modify it because the rest of the pipe was 2" and the connection didnt work. I did have some leaks at first because i didnt realize how hard to push in the tubing into the connections. Be sure to push them in all the way you will feel it bottom out when installed correctly. Other then those minor problems i really like the 2 filter design that is easily replaced. Also like the way the tubing installs which made the connections easy. As for drilling the hole in the sink (the hardest part) you must use a diamond hole saw for the porcelain and then switch to a metal hole saw for the cast iron. Be sure to take your time so you dont scar up the surrounding area. If you have a stainless sink it will likely be much easier to install. The TDS reading on the tap is really nice because i feel confident when it is reading out a low TDS im getting clean water. I have a seperate TDS meter for my hydroponics and it reads the same so it works well. My TDS prior was 600 and after it gets down to as low as 18. I have not had to do any filter changes yet so i cannot comment on how well the system alerts you but i believe its based on a time after the first reset so it should work just fine. All in all im very happy. Almost forgot the water flow is good too id say a gallon would take a approximately 2-3 mins to get.

Simple to setup and Value for money!! WAY better than tap water!!
The media could not be loaded. Thought the system looked pretty sleek and I liked that it had a TDS meter on the faucet to keep track of the quality of the water coming out. I was a bit skeptical at first since I've never used a tankless RO system before and haven't really seen anyone else I know own one either, but so far so good! The design of the system is pretty compact and definitely gives you more room to store other things under the sink. The installation process was easy and the system was up and running within an hour. Water tastes clean and the TDS reader is a cool feature. Even though it's tankless, I haven't noticed much of a difference in water production vs my old system that came with a tank, so I'm glad that it can keep up with the demand that I need. Really happy with this purchase.

Great investment and Easy to install
I've had my tankless RO system for about a week now and so far everything is great! Really appreciated the video installation guide to go with the written instructions-- definitely helped to make the installation process less stressful and very DIY-friendly. I've noticed a difference in the taste of my morning coffees (in a good way) and my kids have said that the water tastes better as well. Glad to have found an alternative to water bottles so we're not breaking the bank, and the system has a great drain:production ratio so we're not wasting tons of water like a traditional RO system would. We'll see how it holds up over time, but overall would recommend!

Impressive
It's been a year and I am really happy with the product.

It's SOO easy!
Love that this system is tankless so it saves a lot of space under the sink, which is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase it for my parents' house. I was nervous about doing the installation myself but it surprisingly easy and manageable with the step by step instructions and video provided. The filters were easy to pop in and the stream is great! The water tastes great and I definitely have more peace of mind knowing my parents aren't drinking straight from the city tap :)

754 tds to 28 tds
unit has been installed for three weeks now and the results are great. initially when you run water you may get a slightly higher reading but after 15 seconds the reading drops down to between 40 and 28 TDS

A fantastic tankless reverse osmosis system with several minor flaws
The media could not be loaded. I've long wanted to upgrade my Filtrete 3US-PS01 filter to something that removes a lot more harmful particles from the tap water here in Oakland, CA, and the Puroflo reverse osmosis system hit all the right marks. It's tankless and relatively compact (though still much larger than my Filtrete filter), has a built-in TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter that shows how pure the water is using a built-in TDS meter, and looks modern and well-put together. My contractor installed it without any issues, and I had water TDS measuring 6-7 ppm flowing in about an hour. I used a Hofun TDS meter to compare TDS readings, and as you can see from the photos, they seemed to match, both showing 6 ppm at the time.At this point I have to give kudos to the Puroflo team (the company is actually called GWS - General Water Solution) for the quality of the instructions - they're detailed, clear, and have a lot of color photos in each installation step (check out the 3 photos of the booklet attached to this review). Seriously, this is such a breath of fresh air in today's world of badly translated from Chinese one-pagers. I believe GWS is a US company assembling some of their products in the US, though it's not clear whether this particular unit was assembled here or in China (I've reached out to the company to find out).***Update***: GWS confirmed to me that the product is manufactured in China, though "the production process is supervised by our headquarters in the US to ensure the product meets US quality standards." Considering I just reviewed another RO system that looks exactly like this one, it's clear to me that this system is actually white-labeled and sold to companies like GWS by some manufacturer in China. One of the biggest questions you may have about an RO system is how soon the water starts flowing after you open the tap. The answer with this system seems to be about 2 seconds with another couple of seconds until the flow starts going at full speed, which is more than acceptable in my book. The main unit itself contains 2 filters - the XT-37513501 PPC filter which should be replaced every year and the XT-37513560 RO filter which should be replaced every 2 years. At this point, the system seems to be too new for the replacement filters to be available because I can't find anything with these model numbers, but I'm sure I'll be able to find them in a year. The cost is unclear as well at this point.***Update Oct 2022***: The company let me know that the filters are now live:RO https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHD9KYQ6 $59.99PPC https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHDL7CX5 $25.99Filter changes are really easy and quick - just twist and pull - similar to my Filtrete system but even less awkward because the Puroflo filters lie horizontally, face forward, and are therefore much easier to pull out.The filters are covered by a magnetic plate which easily pops off and back on. There are 3 lights - power, PPC, and RO, and the filter lights will turn red when it's time to replace them. You can then reset them with the Reset button (hold for 3 seconds, then press Reset to select the filter to reset, then hold for 3 more seconds to reset). Now for the (few) negatives:1. My faucet, instahot, soap dispenser, and the air gap are all brushed nickel. Unfortunately, it seems that the Puroflo faucet is only available in chrome color and stands out. I put it on the other side of the sink to minimize the contrast, but it's still noticeably different.2. The faucet has way too much play and is the only component of the system that feels cheap. Check out the attached video for a demo.Other than these negatives, my experience with this Puroflo system so far has been really positive. I will be sure to update the review if anything changes.
