very helpful to keep our kids on task
Some of the 'buttons' were a bit sticky at first, but you just have to move them up and down a few times and they get looser and easier to move. it's helping us keep our kids on task.

ADHD
For adults with ADHD and for their kids - this is a great tool. It keeps goals simple and tangible. Can modify tasks easily with a bit of paper, no glue or anything. I recommend.

It's awful but you can fix it!
The media could not be loaded. It's cheap and lacking quality assurance but with a little foam and glue you can make it like it should have come.I used an old coozy for filler and glued under the tabs which worked quite well!...and googly eyes as a cherry on top!

Cheap but effective
I got these because I wanted to track some habits I want to do once a day, but the tactile feeling was very cheap and sometimes the sliders are very clunky and require extra effort. For anyone who has issues with low quality items that don't feel very good to use these probably wont be for you. Neat idea but again, there's no tactile enjoyment from the sliders that actively make me want to not use it because of how unpleasant it is. Very sturdy though, and should be great for anyone who doesn't have these issues.
