Portable mini work out equipment.
Got this on a deal with coupon so I saved few $. The reason I got it because I'm always outside. So when I'm at break I would like to do some work out since I don't have time to go to the gym.So when you get it first, you need to adjust the tension of the tubes or else it going to be very loose. To adjust the tension you just turn it over and loop the tubes around the paller. As for the looks, it's ok. I can see why some people said it is cheap. The plastic is made out of those hard plastic, so even if I lay on my body weight on it it won't break. As for the workout part it can do like 5-10 different workouts. They will give you a color picture instructions on it.Over all, because I don't go to the gym I like it to have this as a portable equipment as a mini gym. So far I like it and I got it when it has a deals.Hope it helps, thanks

I tried it and I liked the feeling I’ve got in my Ab area
I received mine today, delivered on time. I’m so excited, I tried it and I liked the feelings I’ve got in my Ab area. Now let see if the cable will hold up. I’m 130lb, not tall. I will update my review in like 3 weeks or so.

Great addition to home gym
I wanted a new simple yet versatile equipment to add to the home workout routine.This does just that. The adjustable bands add varying levels of resistance and you can do a bunch of different exercises with just this one piece of equipment.One thing I would recommend doing though is using a towel over the base if you are using for an ab wheel. It helps make it a little more comfortable

Worth Every Penny
I absolutely love this ab roller! I can feel it working. Comes with a little workout sheet & carrying bag. My only suggestion is to wear knee pads or elbow pads. I used my yoga mat on the floor, but I still need these.
