Excellent shoes
I have purchased this exact shoe three times now. The first two pair lasted 2-3 years each. The memory foam makes them incredibly comfortable and they are convenient to slip on in a hurry. I also think they look decent when they aren't covered in dirt/dust as mine tend to be. I wear them all the time and use the previous pair to do yard work. I have no reason to think I will not buy another pair in 2-3 years.

Great Shoes!
I bought a pair of shoes three years ago, and after hard riding, they look pretty shoddy, and so I used them for my slippers. I bought two pairs, a brown pair and a black pair and I couldn't be more pleased. Somehow I purchased a 11.5 size there years ago and so I ordered the 11.5 size on the new shoes. I needed to take a hurried, fairly long walk yesterday in the black pair and I barely remembered these were new shoes. They are very comfortable and look great. I would venture to say these would be appropriate in all but the most formal setting, and you might even get away with them in a tux, if someone gets on their knees and peruses your feet. In short, I really like them

Very comfy and excellent company service
So I had one of those mind *art type moments and ordered a size too small. I blame it on the sizing variations between England and US but it is a poor excuse at best.Having worn the brothers of these shoes, "street cars", for decades now, I knew what to expect and thought these looked great. I realized my mistake on the size the very next morning and tried to cancel the order but they had already shipped out. I gave them straight back to the Mailman 2 days later as USPS tried to deliver them and promptly notified the company whilst ordering the correct size. These I received just 2 days later and I am happy to say are everything I wanted. The comfiest shoes ever...... I received a full refund today for the returned pair even though it was my error. Yes I would recommend these shoes, and yes the company took good care of me .

Quality is worse.
I had a previous pair of these Sketchers before and it worn out so I purchased another pair. This second pair is significantly worse in quality.-There are a ton of wear marks on the top. They kind of look like creases or cracks on leather. I don't know if it was because I wore it for 5 minutes to test it out or if they came like that. The wear marks made it look like the shoes were a few weeks old.-The memory foam as many had mentioned is no longer the relaxed step any more. It's a generic Sketchers memory foam which feels more firm than the relaxed step foam.-Some seams of the shoes has clear glue on it. I understand shoes are put together with glue but I've never had shoes with so much glues oozing out and so apparently to the eye.I enjoyed my original pair of the Relaxed-Step very much. But there is clearly a large quality drop with this new set of shoes. Won't be buy these any more.-Updated 6/20/18. I downgraded the star from 2 to 1. These shoes are actually causing me pain at my foot's heel. I noticed that the left shoe is actually slightly bented upwards in the middle of the shoe. I thought I would wear it down within 2 weeks but it hasnt and it's causing problems on my foot. Quality really went down hill with these shoes.

doesn't know what it wants to be
This structured shoe doesn't seem to know what it wants to be.It's a slip-on, but doesn't slip on very well. There's unsightly ventilation holes front-and-center. There's racing-stripes, as if somebody thought it should be a sneaker. It's a little tight against the back of my heel like a new loafer would be. The toe arches up similarly like a loafer. For a brand known for relaxed, comfortable fit shoes, it's remarkably uncomfortable, at least whilst still new.It needs a shoe-horn to put on. That was with very lightweight socks, so I'd suggest going up a half-size if you wear anything other than super-thin (20th century style) dress socks. An ugly shoe, not super comfortable, and awkward both to wear and to behold. There's a lot of better choices in this price range. Skip.

Non-laced shoes always fit larger
The shoe is fashionable and comfortable for casual wear. However, non-laced shoes always fit larger, so Skechers should make their non-laced shoes smaller than actual size, fit tigher, or allow a smaller range of shoes sizes. Shoes get looser over time as well, and without a lace to tighten it, slip-on or non-laced shoes will just become unwearably loose before the sole wears out. I had to return mine of a size I usually wear because it was too large and loose and decided I would be better off buying a laced-up shoe.

A little tight putting on but ok once ‘installed’
I’ve been wearing the lace-up version for years and would have preferred to keep buying them. But alas all good things come to an end and my size is no longer available in the laced version (not at a reasonable price anyway). So decided to go this route. Nice, light shoes but a little tight getting them on (really tight actually). I expect that will lessen over time - hence the 5-stars.True to photo and quite comfy.

Threads come loose fast. £133.37 Are you joking?
The shoe gets scruffy quite quickly but are very comfortable. Threads come loose and they wear pretty fast. They are reasonably smart for about a month.I am only writing this review because I bought some a year ago and they have worn out, came for some more and saw that price is now £133.37!! What? That is hilarious! they were too expensive when I bought my last pair at £40! I only did that because I couldn't be bothered looking for something else! Moving on now.

Memory foam insoles not as comfortable
Currently wearing an older pair of these (in dark brown) and they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time. I guess this is mostly due to the Relaxed Step insoles. Trying to find another same pair in size 11 has been difficult, so I went withf these, as apart from a slightly different styling, they were apparently identical. The shoes that were delivered (and that's not apparent from the product photos) have a different memory foam heel, not the Relaxed Step insoles I am used to. Also it's only the heel that has cushioning, not the sole. Everything else about these shoes is perfect (and still a great shoe for someone), just not the ones I thought I was ordering.Note: The Amazon product details lists these shoes as 'date first available on Amazon' as 29 April 2012, whereas the ones I'm wearing are 'date first available on Amazon' as 22 April 2010 and that could explain the differences.Amazon's customer service is perfect as ever and a return / refund was immediately accepted.

excellent - however i miss the relaxed step insole
I love the shoe and they are very comfy, however I have taken it down 1 star because the pair i replaced was the relaxed step insoles which had a gel type across the full sole of the show, however these are just memory foam and that only covers the heel elementDon't get me wrong, if you had never tried the relaxed step pair you would be none the wiser and would probably think that this is a very comfortable shoe, however I felt it was a step back and after having the relaxed step insole for nearly 3 years I was a bit sad to have to settle with the memory foam. That being said after breaking them in, they are very comfortable and I wear these to work Monday-Friday without issues, and had it not been for Sketchers reverting it would have been a perfect 5

Very comfortable shoes
Very comfortable shoes, and very good value at the price I paid to Amazon (£35.40). These shoes replaced a similar pair that I bought in 2013 - the uppers wore very well, but the soles eventually wore out; a shame, but not really worth getting them resoled when you look at the new price on Amazon; never had a good experience with resoling cheaper shoes, anyway. I had a lot of wear out of the first pair of shoes, so I'm not really grumbling ;-)The only real downside that I've experienced with these shoes is that the tread pattern holds a lot mud/grit etc, and can be quite fiddly to clean. But I guess that's the price to pay for a decent grip.

Great shoe
I bought these to replace an identical pair I bought 3 years ago and wore until they all but fell off my feet. The insole with the memory foam is new. That wasn't there in the original shoes so delighted to see these are a slightly updated version rather than just old stock of the same shoe. The previous ones I got a lot of use out of. The color does fade over time, particularly as they bend and soften with use and they scuff easily. I'm sure they'd buff up nice but I never bothered. They looked pretty ok even slightly faded and I eventually replaced them as I wore out the sole.
