Strong, stainless, easy with the correct tools
These 50 off 5mm diameter by 10mm long stainless pop-rivets work well on most thin materials, and benefit from appropriate load spreading washers on both sides if they are flexible.The draw-rod is tough and hard, and many lesser guns might well have difficulty in surviving more than one or two fixings with these. I tried a couple before borrowing a professional one which made short work of fifteen insertions.I was fitting a custom shaped heel pad to a worn driver’s side car mat when none of the usual mat manufacturers I asked was prepared to supply a suitably padded mat.
