Great value, with decent sound!
I ordered these as I'd lost my wired buds. I don't like spending a fortune on mobile tech as I have a habit of losing it, especially small things. After a bit of research, I chose these. Great value at €20 (at time of purchase). If I lost them, no issue replacing.Dispatched & delivered on time, they were well packaged. Included in the box are the charging case, the earbuds, various sizes of earbud tips to find suitable size for your ears & a short USB to USB-C charging cable. They seem of sturdy construction & look good. They fittd my ears perfectly & are comfortable. Upon opening, I charged fully before setting up & using. I downloaded the TOZO app to my phone which was easy. Pairing was simple & quick. The buds turn on automatically as soon as removed from the case. To me the sound quality is outstanding for cheap buds. Good enough for me out & about or long journeys on public transport. Good clarity of sound. You have a lot of EQ options in the app. I'll find 1 I like & set & forget but plenty to play with. I have never used wireless buds before so have no point of reference for a reasoned sound or use comparison. I am a musician and amature sound engineer, so I like to think I can judge fairly accurately, though some may disagree.Overall I am happy with the purchase. This is my initial review on day 1 of receipt. So I cannot speak to battery life etc. If there are any issues along the way, I shall return to update the review. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase & for €20 they are great value. I recommend. I'd rather purchase these & save the money to go towards my next piece of outboard studio gear!

10/10 customer service!
I ordered these some time ago, however they have suffered with interference from day one and failed to play correctly. I contacted tozo customer service and they have been outstanding from the get go. They offered some things for us to try to rectify the problem, which unfortunately didn't work, so they sent out a brand new pair free of charge which arrived far quicker than they had suggested they would. The customer service I received has been exemplary. They answered my questions and queries very quickly and with patience. The operative was very friendly yet professional. I would 100% recommend tozo products due to how they have treated us. Fantastic customer service!

Good headphones
Brilliant headphones, only slight issues when they but stopped working. However the team were incredible and replaced the faulty pair quickly for me. So grateful, would definitely recommend getting these.

Not as amazing as review say
Not that great the audio isn’t as good as people say it is especially on call or FaceTime. And the earbuds really hurt after a few hours of wearing even when I changed to a smaller pair. You’re getting what you pay for but I prefer Samsung earbuds instead of these. Also weird nose when on FaceTime like cracking

TOZO A1 (2024) very painful, too short silicone in-ear for max pain and non-adjustability
The TOZO A1 (lightweight and smaller build for 2024) is rubbish and more painful. As a small-ear-holed person, the TOZO T6 from circa 2021 was the best in-ear headphone I could suffer for on-the-go and I trusted in Tozo's technology improvements. Unfortunately the issues with the new Tozo A1 for me are:- very painful ears after 30 mins use- too short of silicone earbud tips, constantly falling out, only big int he part of my ear where it hurts rather than keeping the headphone in-place and improving sound quality- you can't replace the silicone earbud tips because any size except the minuscule one from Tozo means the headphones can't mount and the depth is too small so the case/charger won't closeWill be sticking with full-size but small silicone ear tips in future and will be avoiding the half-depth ones.
