And it's strong. And the latch won't eventually come off like some Home Depot brand tool boxes. So good quality carry around and a nice feeling portable size.

The Craftsman is a good quality product both sturdy and hard wearing. This box is medium sized idel for house or office use, large enough to carry most hand tools. It features a tray and two compartments in the lid for smaller items. The box is very light weight and comes with a metal latch for secure closure. I am sure this box is durable enough for everyday usage. I tend to use these medium sized tool boxes for storage for my hobby tools such as my airbrushes, hoses and tools keeping them safe were I can find them. The price is good too.

I needed a light duty tool box for storing miscellaneous electronic tools and parts. With regard to other reviews that have a problem with how far the lid opens... I also found that it seemed to open to something less than 90 degrees. There's an easy fix for this. On the back, where the hinges are, there are two little nubs on the inner and outer red parts. Just shave those down with a utility knife and then the lid will be able to open past 90 degrees.

Second craftsmen tool box, like qty and I use two boxes to keep different items so in it no too busy.

It was exactly what was advertised and just the right size for a single woman in her late 60.

The tool box arrived in time. Nothing wrong with it at all, and there were no issues at all during the process. However, I should have payed better attention to the product description, because it is smaller than what I had thought it was going to be. That is totally on me. Everything else about this transaction from the time to order, to it getting to me, was fine.

Okay for the price. Needed a container for my plumbing tools and supplies. This is the right size. A little bit flimsy but adequate.

I like that it is light weight and just enough storage room for my basic every day tools. Example, hammer, screw drivers, measuring tape, pliers etc. It's small enough to fit under my kitchen sink and out of my "junk drawer"!
