Well-Paced for Both Beginners and Advanced Readers
I am part way through the book and enjoying learning React for the first time. The book does a good job of explaining the basics so that you can get the gist of things. If you are also a beginner like me, don't worry if you don't understand advanced terminology as it doesn't affect the current chapter you will be reading. The pacing is also fast but manageable. The explanations are quick, but nothing is glazed over. So, both beginners and advanced users can read quickly through the book. One minor issue unique to me. I tend to read without first previewing current chapter. This got me stuck on things that were explained later. I adjusted my reading style to skim the table of contents and scan through each chapter before intensively reading. As we were taught in school 😅.

A Great Introduction to React
This book offers an engaging introduction to React right from the outset. It begins by shedding light on the need for a framework like React and swiftly equips you with its essential tools: Components, JSX, and more that create benefits that are immediately tangible. After each section, I was left with an 'Aha!' moment, a strong grasp on how to tackle a specific problem or scenario. This persistent clarity kept my motivation high throughout the book. The book is well laid out. The chapters are not full or fluff or needless information. Everything you need is presented clearly and explained.Additionally, I really appreciated the projects at the end of book. If you're looking to get your teeth into some code and don't have a good project idea these are great starter projects that you really dig into and even extend.I highly recommend this book to anyone learning React for the first time or looking to solidify their React foundation.

Simple yet extensive treatment of React
I am no frontend developer but am interested in learning enough to be able to read the code and understand the concepts. This book makes both approachable and meaningful. I am certain that someone who is a frontend developer would get more than enough information and help to start writing very good pages. I learned more about React in a short time using this book than all other resources.

The One Book a Serious Developer Should Read to Learn React from Scratch
For any serious JS developer who _doesn't_ know React already, this is the single best book on the market to get you up and running. It starts from the basics and covers all the essentials in excellent yet approachable detail. If you _do_ already know React, this book is still a great summary to review everything you know, and maybe teach you a few things you might not. If you have to pick just 1 React book to learn the essentials and be productive quickly, this is the one to pick.
