Not a fan of Philips products but I bought this on a black Friday deal and I really love this machine, it makes a really decent coffee and takes all Nespresso compatible capsules. It has three button functions from ristretto to lungo. Easy to use, clean and maintain. Tells you when you need to do a descale and if you need to refill water. You have to download and print off the FULL instructions which seems to be the norm these days, ok for people with smart phones/pcs and printers, but not great for those without. Being Philips made it probably won't last that long as their products I have ever had just aren't made to last, but I would have no hesitation on buying another one of these when it does decide to give up the ghost.

Not had any problems with this machine. It has worked perfectly with any Nespresso compatible capsules that I have used, from many different suppliers, and I can't fault it.It is a nice size and fits on the kitchen counter exactly where I wanted it to and is really easy to use, almost plug and play simple!The only slight grips is that, when emptying the old capsules, the container can be a bit fiddly but that is really minor.Overall, a great machine, at a great price.

Initial issue resolved- the machine stopped working after about 30 pods. Rather than send it back, I contacted Amazon customer support and they were able to help me. There seems to be a known problem where air gets trapped in the system - simply open the capsule lid, press ‘lungo “ button and pump the lid a few times as the machine chugs away. Hey presto! Air bubbles out and the thing lives again!I was very pleased as I like the cost of the capsules, and the coffee is fineUPDATE: the next day it happened again. I repeated the process and released the trapped air. I think this may happen when the reservoir runs dry. I will try topping up the tank by removing the lid, rather than lifting the tank off and doing it that way in future

Was not sure about changing from my nesspresso machine but this machine was a great buy and easy to use and most importantly make a great coffee.

Great machine, have been using this for a year now. Got it on a deal for £79.99.. so even better. I was not paying £179.99 so waited. Use it every day and it is still as good as new. My only critique is the milk frother, I dropped it once and it snapped and I had to superglue it back together lol.. it is pretty flimsy so be careful.

Greta pod machine which does both sizes at a more competitive price than other brands. Throughly recommended !!
