Favorite Keyboard Set
This is my favorite keyboard set ever. The keyboard and mouse are solidly built and the key feel is wonderful. I love that there is only one dongle for both so they don't take up more usb ports on my computer. They both light up with no moving lights so I can see the letters, but it isn't distracting while working. They are wireless with charge ports. If one of them quits working I can plug it in and charge it through the computer while I keep working. You could also just charge them overnight if you would rather. I play a lot of video games and these have worked great for that. You can use them for several days for gaming or working before they need to be recharged. I wasn't expecting this quality for the price.

Surprisingly easy to set up
It was a little difficult to open the box, but once I did, the set up was easy. Quick start sheet was very helpful. After typing on it for a few minutes, I realized how bad my old keyboard was worn....The touch is great on this one and is very responsive, as is the mouse. My only minor complaint is that the user manual print is tiny....I needed a magnifying glass to read....especially when it came to describing the multimedia functions....Great purchase. Now we'll see how it stands up under my daily use.

Lights stopped working
While I love the sounds this keyboard and mouse makes (the mouse is almost completely silent, and the keyboard has a very buttery sound), it does have a few problems. After around two months of using it, the light has stopped working on the keyboard. It doesn’t matter how much I charge it, it’ll just flicker off after a second of being on. The space key also got a bit squeaky, but luckily pulling it out and putting it back in seemed to fix it. Still something to note. The main reason I got the keyboard was for the light though, because I type in the dark very often, so the light not working is a big problem for me ):I’m not sure I can return it anymore, but maybe I’ll try to so I can find a keyboard with working glow. If the glowing isn’t a huge concern for you though, I absolutely recommend this keyboard and mouse combo. I love it so much apart from the glowing being gone.If you use the keyboard kind of far from the computer though (like from your couch or your bed), just note that the connection isn’t especially strong. However I believe that is normal for most Bluetooth keyboards and mice. I use mine 7 feet from my computer, with a TV between us, and it works almost perfectly most of the time though, it only sometimes lags in its responsiveness, and not usually for long. It has killed me in games at times though—

Quiet except for space bar
Seems like a good solid keyboard. All the keys are quiet Except the space bar. So every time you hit the space bar there is a load clack. I use this early in the morning when it's dark in the house and others are sleeping. And it works great for that except for the space bar issue. The keyboard light goes off after about 20 seconds of non-use. But if you tap any key ( I use the Ctrl key so it doesn't type a letter) it comes right back on. It's really nice when you are entering passwords in the dark and need to see exactly what you are typing.

Good keyboard & Good service
Awesome customer service! I've used this keyboard for a couple years with no problems. I lost the USB receiver and tried several replacements that didn't work before I learned this company provides free replacements!! Contacting them was easy and quick and I got my keyboard and mouse up and working again. Thank you for the replacement and thank you Mary for the helpful service.

Wireless turned out not so good as wired
I've been looking for a replacement keyboard, ideally a wireless one, so that i can declutter my desktop a little. I was attracted by the beauty of this unit and its claimed long battery life. I gave it a shot. By trying it for a week, I've decided to send it back. I'm not saying it's a bad product. It's just not fitting my unique circumstance. The keyboard/mouse combo does have merits, like wireless, large print, good-looking with backlighting on, having a numpad, 2-in-1 usb dongle, low profile construction. And it has claimed long life battery due to unique power saving feature. There're a few show stoppers. First, a lot of issues with the mouse. It only has a low DPI (1000/1500/2000) that makes my routine work painful. I need a mouse to effortlessly pinpoint anywhere. This unit failed when I wanted to do so. It shakes around but can't click right on target. If you just broadly move mouse around without needing a high accuracy, it may be fine for you. In addition, the mouse also feels tiny in my palm and I only have a medium sized hand. For someone familiar with forward and back buttons, this mouse does not have them. This is one of the things I don't feel comfortable with.Secondly, i hate the plastic feet. They're not only flimsy, but also hard scratch my furniture desktop!Third issue is keys. The left Shift key is badly made that it always gets stuck when pressed. Hence, many typing errors when i needed to use it. The backspace key also has similar problems but not as bad as Shift key.The next problem is about keyboard. The keys are placed a bit tight, and my wrist could feel tiredness. It has a keypad which in my case is a waste because i rarely type numbers. The added numpad makes the keyboard too long for me.As I said earlier, I have a unique situation where I need to share my desktop between home PC and company laptop. When I work on laptop, I wish to tuck the keyboard under monitors with ease. So I emphasize on compact, light weight, and comfort. I've decided to go back to wired, as it easily meets all my needs. This one will be returned to vendor tomorrow.
