I was looking at Ryobi jig saws for some time and finally found this one at the right price. Easy use, lightweight, excellent stability. Cuts like a hot knife through butter!

Great little saw...only problem we have ever had with Ryobi Tools...is a bad battery ....most of our tools are Ryobi

I dislike yet another blade to stock; but it combines the qualities of bayonet and pin lock blades making blade changes easy. It is a jig saw with orbital, speed and base angle adjustments requiring operator interface. I like the "blade saver" and LED additions as well. The heavy weight helps keep the base on the work piece. Since the blade teeth are offset, it is impossible to use a side guide too increase accuracy to any degree. When forced to rip with a jig/saber saw, I draw a guide line, then at zero orbit and lowest speed, I cut till full blade depth then make adjustments and follow the line ! All IMHO.

I really needed a jigsaw to round out my collection of Ryobi power tools. It is easy to change the saw blades and has a variety of settings for different materials.

I'll never, in 30 years, be as hard on this tool as the trip it took to get to me was. The box looked like it had been through 3 wars and lost all of them. But the jigsaw inside was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Very pleased with the quality as I have been with all the Ryobi 18V One+ tools I've ordered (10 of them so far). Only drawback is the blade(s). None of my U blades fit and the saw came with only one blade, so I had to buy a set of T-blades--and for some reason, Amazon doesn't carry Ryobi jigsaw blades.

Funciona muy bien, es muy precisa gracias al control del orbitador, muy recomendable y mas si ya se tiene varias herramientas de la misma marca las pilas son la misma para todos.
