Why did you pick this product vs others?: I learned about Bistro while watching a cooking video by Derek Sarno. He said it was “good stuff.” His word is enough for me so I ordered it. Sure enough, it’s fantastic. What a great blend of herbs. Finally, an excellent vegetarian/vegan gravy solution. Do wish it was a bit thicker, but I can’t always find live with it. I use it not just for gravy, but for flavoring dishes or sauces. Just a pinch adds an amazing depth of flavor. You could probably use it for soup, too; I haven’t tried. It’s nearly drinkable.

I've order it 5 times. Great flavor...makes a great thickening agent for gravy and sauces...even works in soup to give it body. (I'm a retired Chef)
