I absolutely love this piece of equipment, it does exactly what it was designed with the greatest of ease. A necessity for anyone that wants to create professional style of sugar cones that rival any front your local ice cream parlor.

Works well, as expected.
This waffle cone roller (for small cones) is a perfect accessory for the Chef's Choice 838 waffle cone baker. You can fairly tightly roll a cone, and I drop 3 chocolate chips in the bottom of each sugar cone to prevent ice cream drips. I use Krusteaz Waffle Cone batter, and one pound of batter (from a 5-pound box) plus 10 ounces of water will make the exact amount of batter to yield exactly 12 cones (using a 2-ounce ladle, the waffle disc is just slightly smaller than the 7.5" waffle plate). If your waffle cone baker makes the larger cones, you need the larger form and forming tool (CAC121), not this CAC121S. I was hoping I could use this to make waffle cones from tortillas, but the tortillas don't roll up very well -- out of a package of 16 tortillas, I ended up with only 7 or 8 that were usable cones. The stainless steel base cleans up easily with soap and water, and the aluminum rolling form does too (but cannot go in a dishwasher).

This little gadget works great. It can make your ice cream cones. You can bake in these cones or you could put ice cream in these cones with a little cake and then a little ice cream on top perfect for the summer ice cream fest♥️😎

Works great
Does a fantastic job of rolling tight, perfect cones. The mandrel has little ridges that grab the waffle and pull it around. I don't see how it could work any better.

The product came with unrounded and sharp edges. I went to the Waring website and tried to contact them directly to find out if this is the normal state of the product. They hadn’t responded in two weeks so I sent it back. Otherwise, the roller was as described.
