I have a 70-year old house with a lot of original chrome. After watching some “how to” videos for removing rust and discoloration, I tried metal polish and wet/dry, fine grit sandpaper. It took tons of elbow grease, time, and effort so I thought I’d give the steel wool a try. It was unbelievable - fast, easy, and made the chrome so shiny. I wish I’d taken a before and after, but I had no idea I would see such a dramatic restoration - it even made rust disappear!

I do a lot of wood working. Rebuilding wooden furniture and refinishing all wooden items. This soft and well but together steel rolls work smoothly. It is soft on the hands and funiture. Removing old paints and waxes is easy. Try this product I recommend it. An old woodworker 🥤 softy....

I have an older apartment building and I have always wondered how certain pests get into my apartment. I purchased the steel wool as a suggestion from a parent. It’s been added to cracks and holes. I have noticed the reduction in pests.

Works as intended. Keeps mice out.

Each roll of steel wool was advertised as 20 foot rolls for a total of 40 feet per package.I measured with a tape measure, pulling the steel wool taut, two different rolls. Both rolls measured under 14 feet. That is a shortage of 12 feet per package, which is unacceptable.

This was only 12 ft. I’ll be returning. Do not waste your money
