Hooked it up to my Expand-it power head and worked perfect. I’m happy !!!!

The weed wacker attachment functions well. It is very easy to replace the line and in combination with the upper unit, it's well balanced and relatively lightweight.

Some Likes and One Dislike
Likes - Nice design, easy to install, comes with trimmer string. The reel-easy winder system and tool is a nice feature.Dislikes - Hangar cap is not included and the instruction indicate the cap is part of the unit. For what I paid for the unit, the hangar cap should be included with the unit. Operator's manual is for many different RYOBI models and instructions are vague and not specific to this model.

Product defective. Need exchange.
Product okay first 30 days. Now can’t get spool on. Took it to Home Depot (Rmyoni dealer). They confirmed and could not get spool on either. Advised me to send it back,

Works well - plug and play
Functions fine with my decades old Ryobi 790r. The Reel Easy bump head takes 16 foot of up to .095 line. The bump head is a slightly different design in terms how you open it up. This one has to be rotated to the unlock position whereas other designs have two tabs you press in to release. The included instructions describe the bump head as being the press in the two tabs to release. Ryobi is notoriously bad at keeping design revisions and instructions aligned. It is part of the Ryobi ownership experience.
