Poor App and Cloud Connection failed to register
I had high hopes for this as a cloud based camera and live view security camera. I have spent 3 hours looking at manuals, U tube videos to use the TWO apps needed to get this set up and run. The unit needs to register for the cloud service, but its own app failed to read the camera barcode on the camera or on the box ( I had plenty of light and no other barcodes visible); I also tied the option it has of inputting the camera serial number into the cloud register app - that failed. The apps are also painfully slow. Getting a Blackview DR770X and see how their cloud based camera stacks up. There is an official outlet store for Blaclview on their UK website with reduced 'open box' or demo items too.. so same price as the Q1000 Thinkware if you get one of these, 1 year warranty.

Does not do the job
The item didn't work properly and keep disconnecting from smart phone that is if you were lucky enough to even connect poor product considering the priceHad to return this item
