Stitching messed up
Unfortunately the stitching was messed up in the bottom part of the green and strings and loops were sticking out. Not knowing what would happen if I just snipped them, I did not want to chance it. Not to mention the stitching in that area seemed quite sparse and loose already. I would have liked it replaced but returning was the only option offered.

I think this is a quality patch. I ironed it on a sweatshirt and have received compliments on it.

The glue did not work
Glue did not melt with very hot iron. So because it did not work it ruined my jacket.
