ShurtapeFP-96 General Purpose Kraft Packaging Tape: 3 in. x 60 yds. (Kraft)

I first purchased this tape from a local business that sells packaging supplies. They were concerned that their stock of it was so old that it wouldn't be any good. I bought it anyway because I was tired of buying rolls of dollar store tape that more often than not adhered to itself and peeled off into a fuzzy (and useless) mess. Wow. What a difference. The Shurtape did exactly what I wanted it to do with no waste whatsoever. I use it for masking information on recycled boxes that I use for shipping online purchases. It sticks, it covers well, and it stays. My local retailer doesn't carry it anymore. It's their loss. It's way easier buying it here and having it shipped to my house.

I had a rather heavy load to ship, and a box used twice before for moving was the only one that was the right size and heavy enough to accommodate the abuse it was likely to suffer on it’s way across the country. The tape needed to fulfill 3 tasks – be strong enough to seal the entire top, secure the sides so it didn’t split open, and cover over all the magic marker writings from previous uses. It did all those things to perfection. The task went very quickly and easily because the tape is self-sealing. When I had finished, the box was not only secure, it looked almost new. Some of the roll is left over and you can be sure the next time I ship something it will be the first sealing tape I reach for.

I've been looking for a cardboard tape that will blend the color with the cardboard but also needs to have more sticky than painter's tape. This fits my box divider project around the house perfectly. It's strong and I'm sure I can make other craft project with the tape.

This tape fits my needs perfectly! I was able to put 2-3 pieces over a box's old delivery information and re-use the box. Didn't have to do a lot of marking out with a permanent marker. The tape is sturdy, is very sticky and takes pen or marker writing very well--ink doesn't take time to soak in or dry, it's ready immediately.I will be ordering more before this roll runs out -- I don't want to be without this!

The quality which these tape rolls are made of isn’t the best, but their sticky side holds up pretty well...

Just what you need for cleaning up boxes for reuse.Covers all of the old labels/barcodes. Makes the package look cleanso as not to confuse delivery scans.Probably not best for resealing though.

I used this to make a gingerbread house out of cardboard. It worked well.
