Needed side rails to keep from falling out for my father in law. This provided what we needed and I was able to screw it into the adjustable bed base so it works with tilt features. Looks good and does the job.

This rail just as good as I had hoped. I purchased the extendable version and attached to an Ashley adjustable bed with ease. I was hesitant at first because I didn't want to damage any electrical on the underside but the bars fit perfectly and I was able to secure it on either side of the beds motor with an electric screwdriver. Just to note there is no way the included strap (for a standard bed) would work on an adjustable bed. It is very secure and is easily removed. With arthritis in my hands this was a must. Pop it off to make up the bed or tend to your loved one then pop it back on. They don't rise much above a thick mattress, mine is 12 inches, but it is enough to provide fall prevention and security while hanging on to it. I am very pleased with my purchase after studying other bed rail options.

Very helpful for senior patients when getting into or especially out of bed. Only criticism is that surface is metal so cold for old hands to latch on to.

This extendable bed rail meets my expectation. it's very easy for the Home Care Aids to use.
