I use this on my foot to cover a tattoo. Even with a lot of walking and rubbing underneath my shoes, it stays in place and matches my skin very well. It is super stretchy and durable! And sticks forever. Great quality. I can't speak to how well it helps athletes, but it stays in place and barely starts to peel up at the edges after 8+ hours. It is also great to use as "pasties" under low cut dresses!! I just bought a second roll in case they ever stop selling it on amazon.

I have been play tennis for three years and recently had a pain below left knee(Jumper's knee). This tape help reduce pressure on the knee.
