This works well. I was skeptical but I like it. Sometime I crush the top bead of if I get too close so leave a little space. If you are having trouble removing the loop, just squeeze about halfway

A few months ago i started to get into making jewelry, making small loops was the hardest thing, they were to small and not even, watching a video about all the tools needed for this craft, the host mention the looper tool she made a few loops with the tool and they were always perfect, so I looked it up very pricey but I brought it, it's very easy to use the quality is good, well made, bigger than most of the jewelry making tools but it works as it stated it would. If you can afford it buy it, you will not regret it.

Short Answer: Add to cart NOW. It's so good! Long Answer: I really wish I had this device three years ago when I struggled making my own loops for dangly clip earrings. I worked so hard and watched so many YouTube videos and maybe 1 out of five loops I made were acceptable. I spent probably 20 hours to make 10 pairs of earrings! I am a perfectionist so that didn't help. I love restoring vintage pieces and using vintage beads for new things. So a tool like this for head pins is essential. I would only use this for making earrings. But oh, how satisfying to make machine-made looking loops. I was able to get the loop very close to the bead. And you can get the loop right up to the bead if you're working with smaller beads - say 5 cm or smaller. It is a bit harder to get the loop snug up against larger beads because of the way the tool works. But the loops look so nice you will hardly care about a millimeter or two. Some notes of caution: Your head pins will need to be at least 1" long. Even better if they're slightly longer. Be careful when using glass beads. If you finagle it to get the loop closer to the bead, you can chip the bead when closing the loop. Give yourself at least an hour to learn how this thing works. You'll find you can kind of cheat it a bit to get the loops snugger and closer to the bead. Pick a time when it's quiet and you're not stressed. It's very simple to use, but if you're wiling to sit down with some test beads and test headpins you will be amazed. I gasped in disbelief at my very first result! Eventually you will develop a sort of muscle memory and it will go so quick you will get an endorphin rush. Finally, not every loop will be perfect so just know that maybe 1 out of 6 will need to be redone so have some good wire cutters nearby to try again.

Love this looper! Had never used one before, always just did loops by hand, the old-fashioned way but then this thing arrived! I was looping earring wires so fast! I couldn't believe I'd been missing this handy gadget. If you are into hand-crafted earrings, bracelets, etc., you need this in your life! The looper seems well made and I now know it was worth the money. Glad I made the decision to try it!
