I purchased this ice pack to help ice my knee after each replacement, to supplement the ice machine when I moved to the living room & went back to work. I bought this size/type specifically because I am "fluffy" & my knees never quite got good coverage with anything but my machine. This covered 3/4+ of my knee that measured 20-25 in when swollen/15-20 in when not. I bought this in Jan 24, after my Dec rt tkr, used for that & then my June left tkr. My daughter began cross country in Aug & started using it in Sept for shin splints after practice & meets. She was a little more rough with it- wore it around the house, left it in bed/on the couch to be laid/sat on a few times, tossed in the freezer in a ball & smashed under/around frozen solid food, and after 3-4 weeks of her use, the gel started leaking from most of the seams on the non-soft side. When my knee new knee had some issues & I pulled it back out to use a few times, I found the leaking & we had a chat. Haha! Knowing full well it was being used & abused these last few weeks & I'd never had an issue with it leaking until then, I don't "blame" the product /company; my 15 yr old just learned a life lesson & cost her another $20 to replace it! As long as it's taken care of- not left to be squished over & over, cleaned & put away between uses & not left in the freezer to get smashed by frozen chuck roasts (haha!) I feel like this would last longer than 9 months. I also am very pleased with the size, the length of time it retains the cold, the soft side & non soft side for times when I need "quick cold", and the straps are very sturdy & hold in place well. Definitely buying another AND putting house rule for use in place! 🙃

This ice pack is amazing! It is generously thick to be most effective. Soft velour lining feels great on your skin. This ice pack wraps completely around your knee to provide all around cold. You can get up and walk with it on as the Velcro straps keep it in place. It was a great purchase.

This knee ice pack works very well for me. The overall size is just right to cover the knee, under the knee and surrounding areas. The straps are long. It has 2 sides to use. One is very soft and allows for a nice cold.

This works well, gives good pain relief, and gets super cold. It is heavier than I expected, which can be a good thing - unless your knee injury cannot stand any weight on it. It is a good size, and the velcro straps are ample enough to wrap the entire knee. It is a little cumbersome to use at first, especially if you cannot bend your knee.When competely frozen it is pretty stiff, but fairly easy to use once you work it a bit.Unfortunately, after using it only 4 times, it is already leaking by some of the stitches. I will just cover with duct tape, I guess.

Love this ice pack. I just had a knee replacement and besides an electric cube ice pack this is number 1. It wraps all the away around the knee, stays in place with strong velco straps and affordable. The only downside and not much of one is it stays cold for about. 40 minutes. I wasn’t suppose to ice longer tban 30 mins so that was fine with me. If you need a good reliable ice pack this is the one.

Very sturdy and cold. I used this more before I had my knee replaced because it’s a little too heavy and stiff for the surgical site. Be sure to use it with a protective layer. It’s very cold!

The good: large size, stays cold, long straps to wrap around you.The bad: when cold, this cold wrap is very stiff and difficult to wrap around your knee evenly so only some parts of the knee get cold.Update: This seller went above and beyond to make this right without my even asking. They are a top notch seller and I would highly recommend purchasing any of their products!

This is a great product. I have fat thighs and this thing easily went all the way around my knee. The velcro straps held it on securely. It really isn't something that you can stand and walk around with because it's very heavy. But the very heaviness is great for when you have it wrapped up and you're sitting back and elevating your knee. You can tell that it's getting iced up all the way around. I would definitely recommend this.
