Excellent item. They are very comfortable and easy to use. The are built well. Very pleased.

Great for core workout
I’m 80kg, approx 11% body fat, 5ft 11. Holds my weight fine. Great for calisthenics core workout.

Oh my word... These really do work!
These might take a bit of getting used to at first, but they certainly work well. I was finding that my grip was giving in before I could work my abdominal muscles efficiently, with hanging leg raises.These are really comfortable and I have managed to do more leg raises than ever before. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing! I will have to think of some harder exercises to do, or do them much slower.I really like that you can adjust these so that you are higher from the floor.Great product and would recommend to those who are having a similar issue with grip. I will be using these on a regular basis, at least until I can sort out my grip strength anyway. Of course, there are alternative abdominal exercises that you can do too, but these are great if you really like the benefit of leg or knee raises.

Leg raises is now part of my routine. One star knocked off because the strap loostenes from the extension by an inch during use, but otherwise really good quality.

Fab for the abs
These are great. I struggled to do abs, but these really support you and make it easier, they are well made, great fit and aid performance for more reps and more sets

I’m very impressed with these slings. Very well made and comfortable to wear when in use. They are also very effective. Don’t be tempted to overdo it on first using them.

Abs are lately flab-u-less
What's not to like about the RDX sling? The ease of set-up? The heavy duty hardware? The sturdyness? The thick neoprene inner? The ability to use for extended periods without discomfort? I'll tell you what's not to like: the feeling in one's abs the next day - not a laughing matter
