Retro Style Shawl

I enjoy not having the hassle of putting a coat on. It has kept me relatively warm even in this cold Kansas winter. For those who think the colors are too muted, the soft pastels are the colors of the Southwest. Also for complaints that the material was too heavy, they must have changed the material because my poncho is quite light weight. When we dine out in usually chilly restaurants, I can either keep the poncho over my shoulders or draped across my legs. The material is not itchy but it does wrinkle a little when I don’t always hang it up or fold it carefully. I am thoroughly enjoying this soft green/pink poncho but it does make me a bit homesick for the SW where I was born and raised.

Wow. I love this. I work from home having lots of online meetings. If I don’t feel like wearing a dressy shirt or it’s a bit chilly in my office, this looks great on video meetings. It’s great around town too. It’s very comfortable. I usually prefer cotton but even though this is polyester it is soft and not scratchy. The quality is actually nicer than I expected. The pattern is bright and beautiful without being loud. Mine is purple and green -a combination I love. It washed well in the machine on delicate and I dried it half way on delicate as well for about 10 minutes and hung it to dry the rest of the way. It came out great -no shrinking or pilling. I’m built big and this one size fits most is more than generously cut for me. It’s big without being bulky at all. And it packs well for travel or storage- folded into a flat square, it doesn’t wrinkle and it takes up very little room. I love mine and will give other patterns as gifts. I’ll even gift myself a different pattern as well. Highly recommend.

I rarely take the time to do reviews. This product deserves a review. I am so impressed on every level. The colors are gorgeous and it's reversible. I am 5'9" and weigh 220 lb. It's a perfect length and I can completely wrap it around me with no problem. It's lightweight enough to make it easy to travel with or bring to a gathering in a bag in case I get cold. It is so well made. Many of the things I've gotten from other countries are very cheap and poorly made. This is the opposite. I will get many years of enjoyment and use from this beautiful wrap

I ordered this poncho because my 22 year old son has several ponchos he purchased on his trips to Mexico. I borrowed one of his one somewhat cool evening we were all sitting out on the back patio, by the pool. I was surprised how warm his kept me. So I saw these colorful ponchos and decided to try one out. I’m very pleased with this poncho from Amazon. It’s just warm enough for the cool evenings in Southern California (temps in the mid to low 60’s at night). It keeps me just as warm as my go-to big pullover sweatshirt, but farrrr more stylish!! These are made in China (NOT México) and are synthetic (NOT Cotton) and they’re thinner (finer?) woven compared to the ponchos from Mexico, but they’re great! I’m going to order several more in different colors to have on hand for guests! So when the girls come over, they can have one too! (We SoCal girls love to enjoy the outdoors, but just don’t “wanna” be COLD! 😃) These would be great in any part of the country, sitting around a fire pit, etc. (Think I’ll bring it with me when we go skiing this winter too! I would recommend these as a gift as well, or just “for you.” The only reason I gave it 4 Stars was because it was a little thinner than what I was expecting. The colors are great though! I ordered the turquoise one and am very happy with the colors it offers! Looking forward to having the girls over for wine and cheese by the pool and we all will be wrapped in colorful warmth!!

The colors are beautiful and rich but reverse shades are muted which makes it perfect for any outfit. It is a nice knit and nicer than a hoodie . Very comfortable to wear and great for keeping out the chill.

It's larger/roomier than I thought it would be (I'm 5'7", 140 lbs), but that's fine. I bought "series 2- blue" and "series 2- pink". The colors in the picture are not completely accurate. In the pictures, the colors are brighter. The "pink"that looks like hot pink in the picture is actually a deep, vibrant violet (I love it. It's very pretty), and the turquoise color in the "blue" picture is indeed turquoise, but it's a bit darker and more muted (which is fine). It's super comfortable and I love them!

I received on Christmas Eve and it's lovely. Haven't had a chance to wear it yet but I will soon as it's cold and winter up here in New England.

This is a beautiful, colorful and soft shawl. I love the color combination, ethnic design and it washed well. However this shawl will snag on everything even the slightest pull will cause it into rip and tear. On the first day I put this shawl on I was elated by the presentation, color and supposed quality. I work in a building that has the AC on high. So looking for quality easy to remove outerwear like a shawl I am always on the search for. But this shawl snags and tears from the slightest tug or pull. Even putting on a seat belt and the slight friction of the seat belt will cause this shawl to rip and tear little to eventually big holes that run. Love this item but did not expect to wear it more than once people ! Due to its easy rip and tear and snag factor. Buyer beware! This buyer is currenntly experiencing buyers remorse!!!

What a fabulous cape this is--and what a fabulous price! It has no tags so there's a mystery as to what type of fabric it is, I'm guessing acrylic though it's more like a wool blanket type feel, really nice and warm, and long enough to fit taller people well. I'm a size 1X/ and this fits me fine, have added a few pictures which show the true colour. Everything I have on today--including a Sakkas dress and a sweater and tights--came from Amazon. :) Here's the best part--because it has no tags, it's fully reversible and just as pretty on the inside as the outside. Well made--I'd wash it carefully and maybe not dry in the dryer-- though I have read some reviews who have and it hasn't shrunk (which leads me to think acrylic--but not that type of acrylic that pills) Really nice, great price, I immediately went back and bought the blue, too!

Es bastante grande y cubre del frío. Pero se ve mucho mejor en la foto que en persona. Es de algodón pero los colores son menos intensos. Compré el morado con rosa. No tiene naranja. Y el morado es más azul que morado. No tienen tanta calidad como los tejidos que se hacen en México. Lindo pero no me encantó.

Very pretty, I love the colors, nice quality also, the only reason I don't give it five stars is because the fabric had a small defect, in front, not enough to make me return it but this is why it doesn't get 5 stars. Otherwise it's really pretty and warm and easy to use it, I really recommend it.
