Use it for work
I do research calling/interviewing (remotely) so I’m basically calling people nonstop for my work and this has definitely made it easier. It’s Bluetooth so it syncs to my phone no problem (iPhone); I’ve recorded the microphone to check the quality and it’s solid (not quite the clarity my old iPhones headphones (wired) can get but I like to have the possibility of charging my phone while working which my old iPhone headphones wouldn’t allow due to the jack port being the same—and I have to handle my phone so wireless charging was a no go). I also like that it’s only one headphone because sometimes the sounds are too much hours on end and it’s nice to have a free ear-I also can just switch ears if I start getting a migraine from too much noise on one side which has Ben a blessing as someone with chronic migraines and overstimulation issues. Battery does last long but I’m usually using it 6-8 hours at a time so it doesn’t last as long as it advertises for me-no complaints on it though because I can still work a 1-3 weeks without a new charge. So yeah, if you do remote work or phone work I’d definitely recommend it! For the price and ability I have zero complaints and it’s a good option to start trying out headsets with minimal expense invested.

Constantly reconnecting during calls
I didn't use this headset immediately and by the time I did, it was too late to return it. Even though the battery is fully charged and I'm right next to my phone, I get a beep and "connected" spoken into my ear at least every two minutes for an entire call. It doesn't drop the call and the person I'm talking to doesn't hear this, but it drives me nuts. I only connect the headset when I need to make a call, so it's being regularly powered down and I periodically turn my phone off, so I think this is just a malfunction of the headset.I'd always used a wired headset and was really looking forward to the freedom of a bluetooth headset, but this experience has really soured me on them.

Good starter for the syle, not high quality
I've been using these almost every day for somewhere around 7 months and yesterday the button to turn it on and off stopped working, which was weird because it broke while they were on and I couldn't turn them off. I like them, but they have quite a few issues, so I'll be looking for a different one to replace it.Bad:1. Microphone, you can have the microphone pointing straight upwards and people will still complain that you are too loud. Feels like the mic was designed to be put in the ear portion2. Sound, similarly, there are basically two sound levels, too quiet, and way too loud. Maybe it just doesn't like my phone though.3. Bluetooth, this is the worst. This can connect to two devices at once, but ONLY play sound from one at a time. So if it connect to your phone and computer, and your computer makes a single beet, say goodbye to your music for the next 5 seconds. Likewise, in an important phone call on the computer, and you get a text? Say goodbye to the meeting for the next 5 seconds. Honestly I wish it could only connect to one thing at a time.Good:1. Light weight, doesn't feel like I'm wearing a helmet on my head. Clip did squeeze my head a bit too much at the start though, but I don't know if it was designed for a fully adult male.2. Battery, can last up to three or four days on a single charge depending on how much I use them.P.S. If you use glasses the mic bar will always find a way to bonk them on the way down.

Item is ok, seller is great
I use headsets for 8 hours a day 3x a week. The ear pads were a bit uncomfortable on this one but after a week I got used to it and it now feels ok. I loved how fast and easy it connected to my PC Bluetooth and Apple products. The sound and mic very actually very good. After a year of no problems I proclaimed to my wife that I had finally found an affordable headset that worked well…then it broke. The multi function button (which turns it on and off) stopped working. None of the online solutions worked to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised however with the seller! I contacted them, Caymuller-US, and they replied super quick and admitted that it probably wouldn’t work and offered to send me a free replacement headset which they did within a few days! I’m rating this a 5, not because of the product, but because of the great customer service I got. They were fantastic.

Broke after 14 months.
The buttons on the headset started failing after 14 months. My MPOW headset has continued to work for years now. Don't recommend this brand.

Noise cancellation is terrible
My husband bought these for my long-haul driving and hotel stays. At first I liked them and they seemed to do okay but after a few weeks of use I have to say I'm disappointed with the overall quality. The description says they are noise cancelling. I have to say that they are not. Actually they amplify EVERY NOISE to the point that my husband thinks that I'm banging on something when I'm just opening a small plastic wrapper on food or other similar items. I literally can't make any background noise at all while using this headset because he complains that his ears hurt and it sounds to him like I'm banging on things. Also when I'm driving the bus (at night when it's dead-quiet), my friends say that my voice sounds scratchy. Looks like our 8-year-old will be using these with his I-pad instead of me using it for calls. The sound quality on my end is passable. It's difficult to turn the volume up without touching the phone, which defeats the purpose of hands-free. Part of the problem is that the buttons are much too small. I frequently find that my call volume or GPS is so quiet that I can't hear anything at all even though I didn't turn it down. This is happening because the size of the buttons (very tiny) makes them very difficult to locate, so it's easy to push the wrong button and not be able to find the right one. Overall, I think this headset deserves 2.5 stars.
