Nice tablet at a reasonable price
Was looking for an Android tablet for running some productivity apps and doing internet-based work. My needs aren't ridiculously demanding and after a lot of research, this one seemed to fit the bill. So far, so good! Handsomely designed with a crisp, large display, the tablet has been performing very well with enough power and speed to operate smoothly. Battery life has been good. Overall, I'm pleased with this tablet and can recommend it to anyone looking for a good Android tablet at a price that won't break the bank!

Value for money
My tablet of 7 years hit the dusty trail. I don't use it much, as my android phone. Nice to have one for a backup and when needing a larger screen. Locate my phone app installed on it. Hardly any instructions, but so easy to setup. Just make sure you have a good knack at setting up android devices. Printer and Bluetooth devices and apps and all Google backups installed like a dream. Great tablet for the money

Extremely problematic boot up .
I bought this tablet exclusively to use with my Blue Driver OBDII Diagnostic tool so I can't rate the camera or some other features since I haven't used them yet. This tablet seems to have an automatic zoom feature that I can't figure out how to disable. This causes the Blue Driver app to lose the task bar feature ( Scan Tool/Live Data/More/ Gear Icon to choose PIDs) in Portrait mode so there's no way to set up Live Data. While on the phone with BD support I found out that when swiping the screen an incomplete Live Data screen appears in Portrait mode, when I turned the tablet to Landscape mode the full taskbar appeared and I could then choose the Live Data options and read the data.Blue Driver support was awesome and explained that many tablet manufacturers tweak the Android OS with proprietary features. They should really leave it alone.Since I've only used it one day the 4 star rating is tentative. The Good:Good size screen, clear with what seems to be good colors. But it's my first tablet so take that into account.Battery seems to hold a decent charge when tablet's not in use.The Bad:The tablet arrived DOA with 0% charge, how old is this tablet? No charging brick, only the USB-C to standard USB cord. Cord isn't vey long either. I had to find an old cell phone brick just to charge this tablet to get it to boot. While in use the battery seemed to discharge pretty quick. I initially charged it to 100% prior to using. After about 20-30 minutes of scanning with the Blue Driver the battery was down to 34%. I'm new to tablets but that doesn't seem right.Included User Manual is essentially useless. They could do a lot better.Apps like the Blue Driver don't seem to render properly in Portrait mode. Since that's the sole reason for this purchase, I'm a bit disappointed.Overall: For just over $80 U.S. it seems like a decent tablet. The company should make sure each tablet is at least 50% charged prior to shipping. No one wants to get a new tablet only to find out it won't even turn on.Whatever makes apps render improperly should be changed.Other than that I don't have any more experience with it yet. I may update this review once I've used it more.Update: 8/20/23This tablet has gotten very limited use since initial purchase. Battery has been kept at 100% charge. The tablet has had a serious problem booting itself for a few months now, so much so that I rarely even try.It just took me over 10 minutes to get it to finally boot up, any tablet that arrives DOA and refuses to start after only a couple of months is useless. If I had to find an upside...it makes a half decent paperweight. It did eventually boot, but it generally switches between a "Powered by Android" screen and what looks to be just an Android logo screensaver for far too long to be of any use.No progress bar, pin wheel, or anything to indicate the processor is at least thinking about doing something.Maybe I just got a bad one, I don't know, but either way, this tablet is no go for me.Second Update: 1/9/25The tablet rurned itself into a brick a few months ago. I tried to use it but it was dead. Won't post, start, or even take a charge. This tablet wasn't abused, it's just a lousy tablet.

No regrets for the price
Santa sent me one of these 10" tablets for Xmas! I spent several days seriously checking this Z-TAB10 tablet out after delivery by Amazon. So far it is rather impressive except for speed (it can take about 1.5 minutes to startup to where you can se the tablet,). The other negative is the lack of 'sensors' like a magnetometer/compass/accelerometer, or gyroscope - but what do you expect for the low cost of this tablet. It also arrived very nicely packaged. The good news is that in standby (turning off the screen) mode it uses very little battery power, and can restart in a few seconds. The manual is in understandable English, but only cover the minimal basics, and has no images of where the controls are and such. They refer to it as a "____iPad" :<)The touch screen is a bit insensitive on the right edge are that is hardly noticeable for all but drawing apps. Google voice input works quite nice, and you can use voice typing for most inputs. It runs a wide variety of 'productivity' apps quite well, and the processor speed seems to be adequate, but certainly "not fast". It does runs the latest android version of the Xmind mindmap very well - a wonderful productivity tool that I love to use - happy, happy me! The dual cameras are "pretty good" (5 & 8MP) and should work well for use with Zoom and similar video chat apps. It also seems to run streaming videos and such quite well (but that is not what I got this for). Overall battery life seems rather good and it should easily last a whole day of constant use on a full charge.Overall I am Quite Pleased with this android 12 tablet for the quite low price paid, However, EXPECT these low price tablets to obviously be "factory seconds" that will have issues with minor things like full screen touch sensitivity. That said, I did not expect a tablet equal to those that that costs 10X as much - but 'some people' will always expect more from there bargain basement toy purchases. One note of caution - get a Tablet Case with 'hand hold strap' for this ASAP - this tablet is Easy to Drop (Don't Ask!). They cost $10-20 and can save you some grief (or unwanted exciting moments).
