A good brand of rock wool very helpful ,beneficial for getting your seeds sprouted and off to a good start and a good value for the money.

They're so easy to use. I cut and soaked them in water before planting my seeds and they worked perfectly fine. Water retention is great!I saw a bunch of reviews and people complaining they become a glob of mush. Maybe cut them up into cubes first instead of soaking the entire sheet in water and then trying to cut soggy rockwool.I took one star off because I discovered cutting dry rockwool created small particles that made my skin itch. You should warn people about it or advise to at least lightly spray with some water before cutting.

Very good product to germinate hydroponic plants. The price is another great feature.

Warning. Be sure to use protective clothing (i.e. long sleeves, gardening gloves, pants, or long smock). The material is like fiberglass. It irritate your skin, leave a rash, and leave a cactus needle sensation over your affected skin.

It's a complete scam. "4 sheets of 200 blocks" then you get 4 sheets of 50 instead. The blocks are poorly made, even redwool does a better job and they suck. Get grodan blocks and save the headache. 2 of the 4 sheets were squished and are non functional, the other two fall apart as I tried to soak it.

This is the best material for moisture retention and growth rate and making your seeds have a germination rate that’s very strong. It can be used in any pot for the best quality!!
